It's 850 pm the doors are locked so they are only doing drive through only... Even though the door sign for hours says dinning... room is open till 10 on Friday. So we check both doors thinking maybe there's a problem with the door then some little punk thatworks there yells" the dinning room is closed stupid" he is lucky he is behind the locked door. Aside from serving good food along with their generous Tuesday and thursday specials, their new tortas are great. Employees... seem to be doing what they?re suppose to do and helped me right away when I had a question. The ONLY issue is the area thatit?s in, a lot of tweekers hang out there but that?s not the fault of the store. Read more
None of the tables were cleaned, there was food on every single one. It smelled like sewage in there. I ordered the new chicken... tostada. There was no chicken on it and the beans were cold. The double bacon cheeseburger didn?t have bacon and looked like itwas just thrown together. Everything coming out of one side. The only thing good was the cheesecake bites. So disappointed. Paid$37 only to be able to eat the cheesecake bites. I asked for my money back for the untouched disgusting looking food and I wastold no. So it was left on the counter. Such poor customer service. ???? ? 5 stars because they actually have decent plant-based options w/ the veggie meat. It?s not spectacular but it definitely... gets the job done as a vegetarian needing a quick bite. Could use some more flavor but it?s better than just beans over @ TacoBell Convenient & easy grub ???? Read more
WOW disappointing! All our tacos had little to no filling; I took photo's to send to their corporate office-it was that absurd.... I was too tired to drive all the way back (not to mention they didn't put a receipt in the bag- NOT okay) so we just had tocombine them to have what would be considered a "normal" taco. Essentially instead of having 8 for my family we had only 4. TheQueso Loaded Nacho's were loaded with disappointment. In the whole tray there were 3 measley pieces of tomato, 4 slices ofjalapeño, possibly a teaspoonful of beans, a splash of qeueso, and a garnish of ground beef. What a waste of time andmoney.... Horrible staff. We went at around 10:30, when they close at 11. Waited at the drive thru with no response for 5 minutes. Then,... we pulled up to the window and knocked. There were two girls in there. They yelled at us and said they were closed. I told themit's not 11:00 yet. One of the girls said, very rudely, "So what!?". I proceeded to ask if they were closing early for somereason. I asked what time they closed. The girl yelled again, very rudely, "Right now". I told her it's only 10:40, and we werein the drive thru at 10:30. She once again said "So what!?". She then proceeded to walk away and ignore us. Read more
This was my first experience with a Del taco, and I have to say im impressed. They had lots of different menu options. It was... pretty cheap. Our service was excellent!! The lady who took our order was so so friendly, and patient. I had made a specialrequest of how I wanted my meal made, and I overheard her double checking with the kitchen staff to make sure it was done right.We will definitely be coming here again! Read more
