This has got be my worst experience from Denny's chain of restaurants, Wait time for dine in 30 mins, with no line ups?? Wait... for order 40 mins, only 2 servers at peak times, came on 2 separate days for skillet dinner, first no chicken, then no bourbonsauce... 3 rd day.. steak dinner, mash potatoes runny, no veg...not how to run a restaurant...so no TIP! The place is clean and the food excellent but the servers could do better checking on customers after getting seated and placing... orders. The exception was Ms Brittany who is exceptional in executing her duties at the front check-out desk, seating customers,assisting in serving the tables while also taking care of to-go orders. Talk of multi-tasking!!!!! She's a true definition of ahardworking employee. I hope she gets recognized for what she does and how she does it. Read more
Worst restaurant chain. you have to wait 20-30 minutes for the waiter to come to you. tea was brought to me by a janitor who... cleans the restaurant. I sat one and two more tables. the staff walks around and does not notice the visitors. very very badattitude and service. Avoid this place if you respect yourself and value your time. Read more
I Normally don't give reviews nor do I have the time to, but this time I HAVE TO!!! Ordered on line andoil said pick up in 20... minutes. I got there and literally waited an hour to get my food. Not only that they didn't have what I order and had tosubstitute with something else. SMH. And when I got home food was not even cooked well. OD THINK TWICE BEFORE COMING HERE!!! unbelievably slow... no fault of the hostess, I blame the manager. less than 6 tables occupied, but 20 minutes to be seated,... and OVER an hour to get served . party of 2, both ordered a standard breakfast menu item. we saw 2 tables eat their meal andLEAVE before recieving ours.
