Our waitress was Karen and was very pleasant and helpful. She made great recommendations, and was consistent about checking on... us and keeping our drinks filled. She was very friendly and patient with us as we tied up both of their cash registers. We hadchallenges with our debt cards. The environment was nice as usual, and everyone was enjoying themselves. The food here is not acceptable at all.. I have been here several times trying to give benefit of the doubt but they continue to... disappoint.. Like come on not fare cuz folks be hungry don't wanna make a scene or have time to speak up on all the issues withone meal..So yeah sorry im not a complaining person but just spent 60 bucks and just decided to take this stuff home cuz notenjoying it at all. Chicken Sandwich was supposed to be covered in sauce sotra dipped in it.. it was nothing like in the menu..And fries were not fresh. looked aside cooked in old grease. not golden like fresh fries should be. The service was great, and the food was perfectly made just the way we like it. Our server Amanda was very polite and provided... great customer service! She got us our drinks right away and shortly after she took our order. Our food came out in a timelymanner and with every condiment we asked for the first time. We loved that our glasses were never empty. The manager Nettie cameby to say hello and ask how everything was going she has a great personality and made us feel welcomed like we were family. I ordered through doordash pickup a Dennys item and a Burger Den item . There was no cook on duty, so rather than cancel the... order with integrity, they wait until I arrive and tell me it's my job to cancel. Glad they did. Place an online order went to have my husband pick up and he was given the wrong order. I had to then go back to go get the... right order and stood there for 10 minutes before I had to go around the corner and ask for some assistance two families hadwalked out because no one came to Seat them. I then had to ask for help the lady looked at me rolled her eyes and then the mancame to help me I then got home and my order was still incorrect my sausage and bacon were dry my son spaghetti only hadliterally three bites that he could?ve eaten he was missing his mashed potatoes and my food were just thrown together definitelyvery unprofessional and definitely will not be going back Read more

Terrible experience. Long waits. I felt bad for the server because she was the only server for almost 7 tables. She was running... a lot. Food was terrible. We ordered Buffalo wings which were overcooked and too spicy. Definitely not mild. I ordered theturkey dinner. I ended up getting a couple thin pieces of turkey that looked like overcooked lunch meat, mashed potatoes andstuffing. The stuffing had no flavor and tasted like soggy bread. They forgot my broccoli which took another 15 minutes to get.Once I got it it was overcooked and on parts burned. This was some of the worst food I have had. If I could give them a zero Iwould. I am not going to lie, the cooks here have a hard time with made to order like how do you want your steak cooked type stuff but... the manager at night is absolutely amazing. She has personally remade my food a couple times. Not to mention has the bestcustomer service skills of any business today. I wish I could remember her name, I can hear it in my head but it is very uniqueand I know I would butcher it if I tried. She alone makes returning to eat a pleasure and earns this Denny's location a 5 star. Read more
