I ordered carry out pizzas for the Honorhealth Anthem staff because they work tirelessly. Last time I was in there, people were... so sick that they were laying over chairs, almost on the floor. This affected the staff and I felt like they needed a pick meup. When I shared this with the Domino's customer service rep that checked out my order, she listened and I went on my way todeliver the pizzas. Later on that day, I was notified that the order was refunded! The rep at Dominos Pizza, Anthem, #7573 hadcompassion for the medical staff and showed it! ? Read more
We have been loyal customers for more than 10 years. It's been far and few between that there was a problem with an order. That... being said, we recently place an order, once home noticed the pizza had little to no sauce, bairly enough cheese to cover thedough and the dough did not rise. Called and without hesitation they offered to remake the pizza. When I picked it up, took aquick look and it appeared to be done as we expected. Unfortunately, when I got home, it was done exactly the same as the firstone. Called again,the "manager " Kyle quickly told me he had made the pizza himself, and it was perfect to his standard!! Healso said he wasn't going to remake the pizza and didn't care that we weren't happy with the pizza. He laughed and said that clearly nothing was going to make us happy. Really?? Over 10 years of patronage and never have we experienced such adisappointment with this location. One good experience, you might tell one or two people.
