Who ever answered the phone shame on you. Lets first start off with the tracker stating my order has been delivered. So not... having the pizza and the tracker stating my order has been delivered. I called. I waited on the call for 12 minutes with noanswer. I called backed and got an answer almost right away. Coming on the phone all you could hear is laughing and talkingbefore speaking to me. I was upset because my pizza was not here yet and explained it to the guy on the phone. He stated thattheir computer system had a problem and ended up marking all deliveries as completed. He said he was working on getting someoneout to me and they he is also working on fixing the system. I asked if my pizza would be warm still. He assured me it would bewarm. I then proceeded with good luck with the computer problem, then asked for a corporate number. The person got all upsetand said I do not appreciate the way you are talking to me. So I got upset because I was not rude at all and I hung up thephone. 30 minutes late no pizza. I called again. He stated he does not feel comfortable delivering to me. So you just lostsomeone that eats there a lot. When I say a lot, I mean hundreds of dollars there yearly. You lost a true customer. DOMINOSyou stink! Read more
This place is not a good spot to order @ night.. twice I tried ordering here and the first time they made me come pick up my... order cause they didn?t want to deliver cause it was only manger and one associate there.. then I get there pizza not readyhaven?t even started it didn?t even acknowledge they just talked to me on phone and told me to come .get there nobody knows myorder .. So I tired to order there again delivery cause me and wife anniversary so tired ordering pizza for kiddos while we goon date ..pizza never shows up look to see what happened they cancelled my order cause my apt has gate and instead of calling meon box to open gate they left cause it was to much to wait for someone to open the gate I guess so my kiddos never got to eatthat night smh just overall bad experiences here Read more
Ordered online 30 mins back and waiting for curbside pickup for 5 mins and nobody showed up. So went inside store and saw no one... at register. After 10 mins, one person came and asked me to wait for order. Then they realized my did not bake my pizza. Afterthat they took 30 mins. Total waste of time at this store. I would prefer to visit other dominos store than this one. Read more
Placed an order for my mom, who had recent back surgery. Dominos decided to not call, text, or communicate, and after an hour, I... called to find out what the issue was. Apparently, if you select to pay cash for the order, they simply don't make it and givepriority to whoever paid by card, because they "aren't sure they'll get paid." I mean, if they don't get paid, my mom wouldn'tget her pizza. It's only logical that they would receive payment for the goods and service they provide. If they didn't want totake cash, they could remove cash from the payment options and avoid their concern about whether or not they'll be paid. Thenthey said "I mean we can make it now if you want." No thanks, Domino's. Your pizza isn't so amazing that my mom can just waitanother hour or whenever you decide to make it and I'm not even sure she would get decent quality because of the attitude yougave us. I've ordered from here frequently for her, but you guys seriously dropped the ball. We'll find another pizza place whotrusts their customers to pay them, because apparently the consistency we've shown previously by paying with cash or carddoesn't mean anything. ???? Read more
The delivery guys are always pleasant. But the store either gets my order wrong or I get a call that they don't have items I... ordered online. Getting ahold of anyone at this location is a pure joke, either they immediately hang up on you, or the keepputting you on hold til the call drops. Never have these issues with pizza hut. Read more
Our order is never right, the pizza ALWAYS has massive bubbles in it, and the seasoned crust at this location is not as good as... others. The costumer service is also terrible! I had a complaint that went unresolved because I could never get a hold ofmanagement or corporate after multiple attempts. Read more
I came in and the delivery guy asked if I was there to pick up or place an order. I told him place an order. He said ok and... continued packing his bag then left. I stood 15min with none of the 3 guys working asking if I needed help. I finally asked ifthey were taking in store orders because nobody was helping me. The one guy said no just online because we are trying to catchup I was the only person working here for a while. That would've been nice to know when I came in. Annoyed I left but that's okbecause nobody was wearing gloves or a mask. The guy pulling the pizzas out repeatedly brushed his face and nose as he boxed uppizzas and wings. Acknowledge customers you see standing in the lobby even if you're not taking in store orders. Read more
The delivery guy was super friendly, our pizza was really yummy! One time it was cut kinda weird, but it still tasted good. We... order here at least once a week, my son loves it! Read more
