Have been to this location a couple of times now and the employees aren?t as great compared to the other Dutch locations I?ve... been to. The drinks are also lacking - they?re watered down or either way too sweet compared to when I?ve had them at the usuallocation I go to. This location is a lot closer to me but I?d rather drive a bit further for better quality. Read more
We spend a lot of $ at various Dutch locations and usually receive amazing service. Unfortunately today that was not the case... when my daughter was stuck in a long line, no baristas to be found. Was following the next in line standard procedure feedingthe two together. Another customer was screaming out her window feeling that she should go first though we were notably therebefore them. The barista took our order then went to the other car. Took theirs and clearly discussed her issue with spacing inline. In the end the complaining car got her order and then at the window our order was nowhere to be found. The baristawhispered to another associate that they cancelled it (which was overheard) but proceeded to question our order like did youreally place this. What?! How are we even here discussing this now at the window- obviously I ordered! Of course this is not theworst experience in the world but to allow the ?complaining customer? validation when it was not warranted and then to cancelour order in the process and know that was the issue yet not stating -oh I?m so sorry we accidentally cancelled your order. It?swas just overall a super weird and uncomfortable experience and it should not have been. So is it worth leaving a review? Probably not, but people not owning up to their actions and trying to make people think they did something wrong to cover it isnot ok. Read more

Stopped by on the grand opening, I?ve been going to (OG) on 28th St and Bell for years until I moved and now I?m in between 59th... Ave and this new location. I sometimes have issues with my coffee at 59th in that it?s too much milk not enough espresso buttoday my coffee was absolutely perfect, I?m looking forward to coming to 7th Ave every day for coffee. I have been trying to try Dutch Bros since I moved here and I have a gift card so today I was like "okay cool I have time before... work to go finally and theres one around the corner" Definitely was disappointed to arrive there and see that its literally noteven open yet... May I suggest google fixing the hours so this doesnt happen to others? ???? I'd love to know when it does openso I can finally try it though?! I've heard only good things. Gave 5 stars because I see others giving 1 stars simply becauseits not open yet and thats rude.. but yeah let me know when an estimated open date is so I can come by ???? Read more
I always love the energy at any of these places. Figured I?d try out the new one. I ordered and annihilator as I usually do... thinking I need a little kick to start my Friday off right. Wait was short so my day got even better watching all the people sitin the drive thru. I didn?t quite notice until I had driven off that I was basically given a glass of milk with a single coffeebean worth of coffee. I?m unsure if this is how they make coffee drinks now or if the high school nearby needs their drinkswatered down, but I think this will be a pass for the future. Read more
I enjoyed when nobody knew the store was open because now you can?t go w out the line being wrapped around the building. They... usually only cater to 1 line & only has 1 person taking orders for drive thru usually. Other than that, my drink is always madew love & tastes great! Read more
