Absolutely wonderfully. Why my 25 year old daughter needed coffee at 930 P.M.still amazes me more.

The absolute worse Dutch Bros I have been to in the Valley. We had an important meeting to be at and arrived at 9:26 AM, the... line was already long so we figured maybe 5-10 minutes but didn?t leave until 9:51 AM, for various reasons. 1. The young ladytaking orders in the line was not focused on getting orders but more focused on petting every pet in the vehicles and extendedsmall talk with each patron for 5 minutes each. Once she actually recognized she went to a car that pulled up after us she tookour order and got it wrong once we actually got to the window. 2. The 2 young ladies at the window played with each pet in eachvehicle, gave that patron their drink(s) and proceeded to ignore the extremely long line behind that car and hand feed eachanimal some kind of snack and then further small talk with that pet owner for another several minutes. 3. We finally got up tothe window and the one young lady seemed to be either stoned or sleepy because she was not dialed in. Our order we had to repeatto her twice and then she had to have her team remake it. My wife almost spoke up and said something but I told her not to wasteher breathe. Others told us before to not stop here because of this but we were in a hurry. Next time we?ll settle withStarbucks or something. We?re all for brief small talk but no full fledged 5 minute conversations, and especially when peoplehave places to go. Unlike many other locations their is no exit lane because we would?ve pulled out long before we got ourdrinks,Whoever the owner is needs to have a good talk with their employees and ensure they can do brief small talk and keep itmoving. Clearly these young people don?t know the difference between working & playing. Read more

Slowest drive thru on earth. Actually a half hour wait during non-peak hours. Multiple times. Done with this place,... personally. The coffee is coffee. Kinda overpriced, especially considering the wait time. Tip system is super awkward too, haveto tell the attendant verbally. Read more

I can?t say enough about Dutch Bros. As a diabetic it?s really nice to have so many sugar free options available than just... Vanilla, Carmel and hazelnut at the other popular coffee place. Dutch bros is definitely an experience you should let yourselftry if you haven?t already. Read more

Good coffee/desert drinks. The tipping pressure game is real. What happened to the days where good service was rewarded. It's... expectation to tip for an already costly drink to just place my order leaves many uncomfortable and at odds with how to addressthat pressure. This is a commonly expressed feeling from even the devout sticker collecting Dutch Bros patrons. Read more

Wayyyyyy off the freeway, but worth the drive. Cool design for the store, friendly staff, and our drinks were over the top!

Unfortunately after giving this location more than two weeks of a chance they still are the slowest coffee shop I?ve ever sat in... a drive-through line for. They won?t say they are understaffed, they only say they?re hiring more and yet every time I orderonly an iced green tea it takes over 20 minutes. I don?t mind waiting 20 minutes if I?m sitting inside of a coffee shop butnever have I thought, ? I have extra time so let me run through this drive-through really quick? it?s usually because I?m in ahurry . 10 out of 10 would not recommend this Dutch brothers location Read more
