Zero stars. Came to this location at 7:45 and the dining area was closed when the sign clearly said it was open till 10pm.... Knocked on the window and had a bunch of teenagers laughing and horsing around in the back. I?ll never bring my money or serviceback to this location which is disappointing because we come so many times. No thanks. Read more

My parents and I love El Pollo Loco. We walked in and it was clearly marked on what door to walk in and which door to walk out.... It was very organized. We ordered the Grande avocado chicken bowl, original pollo bowl & the 3 piece meal to go. It was sobusy, clearly this is the place to be. ???? even with all the people up ahead of us we were in and out in no time with fresh &great tasting food. Read more
