Our waitress was very kind and patient with us, she made sure we understood everything on the menu. She even brought samples for us to taste just to make sure we were satisfied. Food was 10/10. Being the ever obsessive foodies that we are, last year my (retired chef)????????? Husband and I tried as many menudo at the... best rated (local mom and pop style) places we could find in Norcal and even a few in Socal. We wanted to perfect our own athome recipe. We were cranky and hangry and just started the 10 hour drive back home ???? to CA. We needed breakfast. We stoppedhere based on a quick glance at the ?? star rating. We came in just considering a burrito and after looking at the menu - wechanged our minds. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They checked on us often to make sure we were happy and satisfied.Restaurant was clean and comfortable (they have an "A" rating from the health department.) The salsa - wow spicy AND crazygood. Chips were nice and fresh. The menduo ???? was absolutely delicious. It beat out our #1 choice from CA. The flavor wasdeep and the broth had a nice clean feel (not fatty.) My husband's El Pueblo Burrito ???? was also great! We cleaned his plateand saved half my soup. It's nestled safely in the car and I keep thinking about how much I'm going to enjoy it when we gethome. Not sure how far we'll get down ???????????? Hwy 10 before going into food coma. ???? We're making this a permanent spotwhen we come back! Read more

If you enjoy spicy food then this place is for you. If not, then look elsewhere. There were five of us that each ordered... something different. Each of us enjoyed the food, even though it was bordering too hot to enjoy. The food was tasty, fresh andprompt, and plated like a menu picture. The cleanliness was okay considering the area. The service was excellent. Both theservers and the owner came to check on us. If the place we're more classy and the food was a bit more tame I would give all 5stars. Read more

I always try something new when I come here. The food is always perfection and I can’t say anything bad about their chips and... salsa. If you love spicy. Their cooks are always 100% with the food. You gotta come here! I recommend the French toasts! Read more

I walked in with no expectations—I was just hungry. To my surprise, this place was, absolutely amazing. Not only was the food... fantastic, but the staff…all of them, were incredibly friendly and inviting, from the second I walked in. Daniel was veryfriendly, and even though, he wore a mask, I could tell he was smiling. (Thank you.) The chips they serve you prior to your mealare fresh, while both salsas were spicy and delicious. I ordered the bacon and sausage skillet. The eggs were fluffy and moist, where as the rest of the items on the dish, were full of flavor, and the portion was large; it was served with a side of toast,as well. They’re in the process of getting their liquor license and I, personally can’t wait. I will definitely be back forthe incredible service and the incredible food. **UPDATE** They have alcohol now!!!! As soon as I stepped in they were playing Juan Gabriel. I thought I was entering my grandma's house. They sure make you feel... comfortable and welcoming. Food was great. The chicken was a little dry, but it never lost the flavor. I got the El PuebloFajitas, the trio. The Asada was well seasoned and cooked. Although I got mostly fat and no meat. Shrimp still had the fishytaste at the tail. All in all food was 4/5 for those of my reasons. For the price, they could put a little more effort on thosesmall things. I will come back again because so far this is the best Mexican restaurant I've been since I moved to AZ. Read more
