Was hungry, it?s about 29 minutes past midnight and this is a 24 hour drive through so I ordered a Carne Asada Burrito, 6... minutes later deliciousness paired with red sauce. Super tasty and rolled up perfectly. Great friendly service.. will definitelyrepeat and worth the $10.48.. Read more
I was a regular at this location for years until a strange transaction a couple of days ago. I gave my order and card to pay as... usual but despite being the only customer in line, it was taking much longer than usual to receive my order. The drive thrucashier (who I?ve never encountered before) returns to the window saying the Wi-Fi was down and she would have to wait until itreturned to swipe my card for payment. Given that I was pressed for time, I declined the wait +canceled order and asked for mycard back. The cashier then tells me that she can?t cancel the order or return my card to me because the kitchen staff hadalready made the food. She quickly leaves the window to end the conversation. A long while later she returns with my food andcard as if what she did was ok. Totally unacceptable and will never get my business again. Read more
We recently went here I got a burrito and it was COLD ! Meanwhile my boyfriends food was fresh hot !! We also got large horchata... but it was very watery and did not taste good. The wait time was about 10 minutes, and we only live 5 mins away. I?m upset thatI had to heat my own food up. But I asked for no pico and just guacamole and sour cream and they added a whole bunch ofguacamole and barely sour cream.. We also asked ? if cheese was on there including the pico de gallo & guacamole .? And she saidyes but then added $1.50 for cheese ? My wife was eating this fish burrito we order and a piece of raw chicken was in there. How does a piece of raw chicken end up in... there? It?s cross contamination. I wanted to speak to a manager but they said she wasn?t available. This is unacceptable. Read more
Their chorizo, potatoes, and egg ???? burritos are awesome. We usually cut them in half and eat the second part for either lunch... the same day or for breakfast the next day. This post happens a few weeks after the post above. I got the pollo asado streettacos, my Darling Bride got an Arizona burrito ???? (no pico de gallo), my beyond awesome son got some regular tacos with nolettuce. This was the first time we've gotten something other than breakfast burritos. The food was totally AWESOME!! This is the only FILIBERTO'S location that makes Rolled Tacos perfectly!! It never fails I love how they prepare them and how... delicious and fresh the guacamole and shredded cheese are! The staff at 75th Ave and McDowell are what makes this my 1st choice. The food keeps me reminded of how much I love mexican... food. The employees are ALWAYS SO NICE. This is my favorite location.
