1. I had to repeat my order more than 3 times, I'm not sure if the lady was too high to understand or didn't speak English. 2.... When i came to the front, she CLOSED the window on my face without saying 'ill be right with you' or 'give me a second' NOTHING.She was super rude. She needs to be fired, I will be filing a complaint with corporate. 3. after waiting for 30 mins to get myfood, I was missing 1 order. I got to work and bit into my burrito the meat was COLD. 4. I asked her for salsa and she saysthere's some there, after checking there was no salsa, so i asked her to give me 3, she literally rolled her eyes at me. I cannot explain how frustrating it is every time we come to this location. I cannot even count on one hand how many times... they've actually gotten our order right whenever we come here. Every time we come here and never seems to fail they get itcompletely wrong. Today I went in and ordered a bacon breakfast burrito with potatoes and green chilies. I got a bacon burritowith pork in it. Who puts pork and a breakfast burrito with bacon and cheese. The last time we got breakfast burritos the baconwas completely burned the time before that we ordered bacon breakfast burritos with potatoes and all we got was potatoes. Anddon't even let me get you started whenever we order dinner there nothing but a complete disappointment and the fact that theyare not cheap really hurts. I recommend you not to go here. I don't know if they don't know how to read or if they don'tunderstand English. But this restaurant is absolutely a mess. Oh and one other thing if you go back and complain to argue withyou. If only I could give it no stars. The plate looks awful and messy. The guacamole and sour cream spilled out of the plate. Looks... like soup. Only the fries are slightly hot and the cheese wasn't even melted. The carne asada doesn't look fresh. Welleverything inside the plate doesn't taste fresh. Read more
Had to heat up my own nachos. They served chips with cold shredded cheese on top. The cashier was rude hates his job. Not the... customers fault. Blamed bad food and service on the cooks in the back. Why not just fix it and admit mistake rather than blameeverybody else. Be the solution not the problem. Read more
The lady working the drive thru was rude, we are still waiting for our food. How it's as filling as our wait was long!!! ... ?????????????????????????????????????????? ???? Well I obviously jumped the gun on doing a review so early, while I was in lineat the drive-thru, so to continue that..... They gave us our food and we drove off, as I was looking through the bag I noticedthere's only one meal in there and a half of another I said wait a minute turn around,so we turn around and I go inside I say,this is not all the things we ordered they looked at it and searched the computer and looked at it again and then asked aco-worker something in Spanish, and looked at the receipt and then looked in the cash register, spoke to the cook and thenlooked in the cash register and then asked another co-worker and they shook their head and pointed had the bag then pointed atme and was speaking Spanish, so I don't know what they're saying. I started questioning them. I'm like what's going on, andthen as they're trying to figure it out they realize that I paid too much for what I have, okay so they're going to give me somemoney back as they're trying to figure this out this lady comes up behind me and starts speaking to one of the other ladies inSpanish and I don't know what they're saying and the lady behind the counter takes the bag and sets it down and the cook comesaround and looks at what's in the bag and he starts pointing at me speaking Spanish again and I'm like what's going on, hello,talk to me, what's going on, and finally the cook who hardly spoke any English went to the bag and then pointed me and saysyours. I said oh that's mine and he's a yes yours and so he tells the cashier something in Spanish again I said what did hesay and she's like well he cannot give you this food now that some other customer has had it and brought it back so he has toremake it. This is definitely a convenient location just north of Greenway on 35th Ave. It's awesome that they have a drive-thru. I don't... care too much for their prices, but the lady behind the counter was super nice. The quality of the food was mediocre, but I onlysay that because after the price I paid I expected something spectacular. If the price was lower, then I would definitely saythat it was enjoyable. Maybe I thought my dollar would stretch further. I was very happy that the dining area was open andseating was readily available. Cool little place. I do a lot of Uber orders here and the staff is pretty nice. Food is pretty good and I have seen banners and... posters that say you can order alcohol. Maybe I will ask about it next time. Read more
