Great food at a fair price. This is a convenient location but the parking is a nightmare. It?s too small a lot for all the... businesses that share it. That said, the service is fast and friendly. They have gluten free bread, which is a huge plus (andit?s actually delicious). The turkey bacon ranch is a favorite. The subs come in a box to keep them from getting smashed. Unbelievable, I came in got no where near the sandwich I asked for. I call and they told me they couldn't remake the sandwich... because they were closed despite them still having abouy 15 min left. They offered a new sandwhich for me in the morning whenthey opened so I came back the next day. When i showed up, the same guy who made my sandwich lied in my face and told me he madethe correct order trying to argue with me instead of just holding himself accountable. If you like firehouse please do not gothis location. The Tempe location about a mile or two away is way better and actually make you feel welcomed. Read more
Less than half of a cup is the full size Mac and cheese? Wow rip off. About 5 times now they've completely ignored the toppings... requested or didn't even give the right toppings for the subs. There's always something misss. Something wrong and I'm tired ofgiving my money to this business. I work 12 hours atleast everyday and it would be nice to have the only meal you can afford tohave a day to be right. Instead I'm constantly eating half of what I've paid for. I could have had something to save and maybehave more than just one meal a day if im lucky. Read more
