I explained three times that I am extremely allergic to pickles and they bought my food with the standard pickle next to sub... extremely upset and won't ever eat here again and the cashier was not listening needs more training. Read more

Every time I've been here the guy Andres is working and he's always the funniest nicest person! This dude deserves a raise for... his always amazing welcoming demeanor and always making sure everyone is enjoying their food and experience! Great food mixedwith great employees is a good mix! I always get great tasting food here but this time I want to comment on the staff. This place has some of the best customer... service I've ever had. My to go order was going to take a little longer to complete because they were out of one of the meatsand had to make more, so they offered me a complimentary drink or chips while I waited. I also had my 5 month old with me andwas having trouble carrying my food and my baby and without having to ask they offered to help me carry my order out to my car.All around I had a great experience at this location. Went here for lunch with my daughter today. This was our 1st time at a Firehouse Sub. We had the New York Steamer. It was... delicious. Just the right amount of meat and cheese. The bread was soft with just the right amount of crisp to the crust. We we're surprised that the combo meal included our choice of drink size. The sweet tea had the perfect amount of sugar and wasfresh. The staff was very friendly and helped us select our lunch. I like that they give back to the firefighters. We will besure to come back. I recommend a medium for sandwich. Smalls are ~4in long subs. Staff members were friendly helpful and looking out for the... customers best interest. Definitely will be back for the customer service. Brisket cheddar is life and taste like the way thissub should. Sweet, smoky, and cheddar. Read more
