The manger was an older guy in his 40s. I had ordered $80 worth food for my family ,in that Order was 2 large fries so there was... 2 bags one with fries the other with 6 cheese burgers with one of the fries just dumped all over the bag with burgers when he awhole bag of fries to put the other fries with . When I ask why didn?t he put the fries with the fries he laughed and saidthat?s how they do it there . He must hate his job. The burgers weee burnt the buns were burnt and cheese barley melted . Notsure what kind of service they have here . Butt $80 on what bad food and bad service. Never eating here again especially whenthe manger grins at you for messing up your food ,doesn?t offer to do anything except that?s how we do it here . Read more
Can't seem to make a Plain Hamburger without getting it wrong. My son was looking forward to it so I drove 30-45 minutes to get... them to fix the order. Burgers are good but an extra 45 minutes just to get them to make a plain hamburger correctly definitelynot worth it. Will admit I was pretty annoyed and asked to refund my tip and was told he can't do that and contactcorporate. Good burgers, but pretty horrible service when you can't even make a plain hamburger correctly. If I could do lessthan 1 star I would. Over $40 for 3 burgers and they couldn't take 5 extra seconds to ensure the order was correct. Thatreflects poor management and complete disrespect for the customer. Was excited for a Five Guys to open, but most likely won'tbe back. When Burger King's quality check beats you out you got some serious problems to fix. Plus, they advertise curbsidebut that isn't true. Instead of sorry sir, we can bring it out we got "you will just have to come in and get it". Read more
We had stopped there on our way to Sedona after a flight from Hawaii. Needless to say, we were tired and hungry. It was 9:30pm... and they were closing at 10pm. The crew was very accommodating and the food was very good. Thank you to the night crew on 7/15. Read more

Their service is like their opening... SLOW. There were twice as many employees as there were customers and it still took 18... minutes for one cheeseburger and fries. I can't believe how many employees were working and how bad the service was. Three ofthem debated who would take my order while I stood there waiting. There was no line. Just me. Privileged teenager social hour.Five customers with 12 employees working. I'm embarrassed for this store's owner ... between how long the store took to open tohow little oversight and training their employees have. What a colossal waste of money and resources. They just make great food. Had to wonder with this being a new location if they'd be dialed in yet. We've been back three times... now and the burgers, fries, and shakes/malts are delicious. The online ordering is super easy as well. This is our favoriteburger place right now. Read more
All the advertising on the walls should be removed. The meat was dry and flavorless, and it was the most expensive below average... burger I've ever eaten. Will not be back... Quality went down hill and prices went up. 36 bucks for two people with no sodas? Ican go to a sit-down restaurant and get a better meal at that price. Fries were great!
