The salads we ordered were all fresh and tasty, but for the price I would have expected a full service establishment. Adult... beverages were mostly canned cocktails with one or two taps of beer. Other drinks were fountain serve. The place is selfseating, counter pay and get your own silverware. The environment was open and airy and plenty of seating selection. One of my favorite, healthy, go-to's for lunch or dinner on the go. They have several locations thru out the Valley and... everything that comes out of their open-concept kitchen is delicious. The Mother-Earth bowl with steak (and we are notcustomarily steak-people), and the flying avocado wrap are our go-to menu items.
