I had given this place 4 stars before but had to change it after my experience this week. Food came out burnt and cold. The same... server who messed up my order before was talking trash about me to coworker like we couldn?t hear because I said the food wasn?tgood. I realize she didn?t cook the food. So that is why I had to give one star now. Oh and she also said she would take theorder off my ticket and she didn?t. The first time she charged me for 3 beers when I only ordered 2. She forgot to bring me my2nd one when I asked so then I just kindly asked again but she didn?t realize she had never brought the second one. I will nevergo there again. Read more
Horrible experience. Myself and two other family members were as good as ghosts compared to the onslaught of Caucasian patrons.... No service. Treated as an inconvenience when asked for any service. We left. Best decision to go to zips instead on 16th streetand Bethany home road Read more
Will never go back. Food and service used to be great. This place has done nothing but go downhill for years. No one from our... office goes here anymore. You'll wait an hour, if your lucky, after being seated for someone to give you a menu. We'vewalked out twice never to return. Staff is rude and obnoxious too. Read more
Stopped in for a few beers with my friends. They have a large selections so finding a beer you like shouldn't be a problem. ... Prices weren't bad. They have inside and outside dining. Had a friend in town from San Diego and he wanted to go to an OTB place and have lunch. We choose this place. I've been here a... few times in the past and it's been good. The food was good. The service how ever wasn't. We had wings to start. They hadgood flavor. I had the Phoenix burger ordered midrare came our medium. The sweet potato fries were good as well. Ourappetizer plates were left on the table along with all our dirty dishes. The bartender was working alone on both sides so I cuta break or I would've gave it a 2 star. I don't drink anymore and some of my friends don't either and it seems that a lot ifplaces will ignore the nondrinkers as if we are leppers or something.
