Very bad experience. This is the first time I?ve eaten at hot bagel and everything was bad. I couldn?t hear the person taking my... order well, they only had one croissant when they let me order two sandwiches on croissants, when I changed my sandwich to beingon a wheat bagel they gave me pumpernickel instead. The sandwich on the croissant is gross and soggy. The sandwich on the bagelis tough and barely chewable. Not worth the $30. I wish I could get a refund. Read more
Fresh bagels, fantastic range of cream cheeses, and all the fixings you could want. Great local spot. Be prepared that by lunch,... your favorite bagel might be sold out, but there are always plenty of others to choose from. They also have excellent pastramiand other cold meats and pastries. I used to really love this place although things have taken a turn as of late. Coffee dispenser is always low and must wait,... they use to give you a fair amount of spread on your bagel and now barley enough to cover it. Sure hope they turn this around soI can get back to calling this place "my go to Bagal place"! Restaurant 101, "give your customers good food, plenty of it and ata fare price"! If you must go up with your prices due to cost increases, that's ok although never compromise your quality andquantity of your products! Read more

I?m never ever one to complain. I?ve been going to Hot Bagels since I was a kid. But the last time I came in and ordered a... sandwich, there was hardly any meat at all. So this time I ordered double meat and even paid $3 extra for it. I get my sandwichand it?s easily the same measly amount of meat as it was before asking for double meat. I literally paid $15 for a sandwichmostly made of lettuce, tomato and onion. Talk about a rip off. Read more
