This location constantly messes up orders ?like double and triple check that everything is there with a order.Every time I order... here via Uber Eats there?s something missing. Like not only does this effect us the customer it also jeopardizes the ratings ofthe drivers who need to maintain a good rating to stay employed with the app. A item could be missing and because the driverwasn?t provided with that item a customer can leave a negative rating (Thumbs down)because of the negligence of the restaurant.Do better it doesn?t take a lot to check orders before giving them out. Red who is managing the IHop here is very accommodating and friendly. We just stopped in for a little "Ice Tea" with my son's... as we are visiting friends a few miles from here. Very Pleased with this particular IHop as we have had dinner here before andthe food preparation was ???? good! I have to say, this IHOP has the best service compared to all other IHOPs I have been to. It?s actually clean, organized and... well staffed. Managers were on the main floor interacting with servers and helping out. They had clean menus, kid menus, androlled silverware. Kind, polite, and friendly. The host stand is in a disadvantaged area though, sectioned from the main dining.It would only hinder the night staff- possibly the daily if they did not staff a host. Read more
Wellness visit. We came on a Sunday. They seemed pretty busy. It seemed like our server was being pulled in multiple directions... and we didn't get the service that we quite like to expect. The food was good as per IHOP standards and got a lot of thepancakes. This is a favorite spot of ours and we typically don't go when it's so busy. So maybe our our expectations are alittle higher. Went here a week ago with my wife at about 10pm. The waitress got us seated super quick and took our drink order. 15 minutes... went by and we hadnt gotten drinks or heard from her again so we got up and left. Not sure if it was lack of staffing and shewas overwhelmed as the only waitress, or if it was just a not so good waitress... but probably not coming back anytime soon Read more
The food is always good here. The staff is so friendly and the staff help tables that aren?t even theirs to wait on its great to... see them all help each other. Whoever the cooks are well they know exactly what they are doing cuz I never had a problem withthe food. Always taste fresh and delicious. The place is always clean and well put together. The manager Matt came out andhelped which is always good to meet the person who runs the restaurant. I was able to get the name of the cook Which is Joseph,he made my food today and let me tell you I wish I can hire him as my personal cook. Great job to all the staff there you allare amazing. This place is good. The staff is very friendly and nice. Ordered food comes out quickly and hot.
