So, tonight 10/22/22 at 7:30pm I ordered some chicken strips, they were still frozen on the inside when I got them so I took... them back, no big deal. But the employee seriously tried to put the chicken strip I had already bitten into back into the fryerto warm up for me... you're going to put partially chewed fool back in the fryer? Went at 830, shows open. Pull to the drive thru and the guy working said he’s waiting for his 10 o’clock staff to show up so... he’s closed. Not the dudes fault at all and talk about having the worst job ever having to send people away car after car. Ifyou’re closed turn the lights off . Get the man some help!! Read more

Always fresh, hot crispy tacos. All the food at this location is made hot and fresh. The lady taking our order seemed a bit mad... at the world though and kept getting the order incorrect while inputting it. But we all have bad days. Our order was mostlycorrect. And it was all fresh. Read more
The staff members here are kind and strive to get the food out quickly. If there is a wait, it's because its being made fresh.... Its worth the wait as opposed to food that's been sitting in a warmer. Food that sits in a warmer will have a different flavorafter sitting. There is a new dipping sauce called "Good Good Sauce" this has a nice flavor. Ask a cashier to try this sauce onyour next visit, you might enjoy the new flavor. Read more
The tacos are the BEST! Always consistent, always hits the spot. Customer service was friendly, but unfortunately I came in... around 2pm and the tables still needed to be cleaned up from the lunch crowd and the condiment counter was a mess. Read more
Quality has been going downhill for a while now. Is now down to a level I would consider McDonald's quality. Still not as bad as... Burger King but getting close. Several of my last meals were very dissatisfing. This is the last straw. Ordered Jack's spicychicken with the curly fries. Fries were not full like they have been in the past. But the true issue was the sandwich. Lookedlike something from the dollar menu what that was a thing. Incomplete as well. Was missing the tomatoes. Looks to be about 25%smaller then before. And on closer inspection found a hair on it!!!Spending $10+ for fast food to get dollar menu quality is notacceptable especially in these times. Just went to get some food at 10:50 on a week night. All lights shut off as if closed. Definitely not a 24/hr drive thru... location like others. Read more
