Update: They've updated the landscaping/parking lot for better access and visibility pulling out of the drive thru. They're... still sweet and polite as pie. Still clean. Food tastes fresher than any jack I've been to. Never disappoints!! Keep it up andthank you so much for all your hard work. We appreciate you!!! First review: Two experiences with this location today-BOTHpositively great!! Stopped in for some breakfast and miss at the window was delightful! Come lunch time, a family member stoppedin and made it a point to comment how CLEAN it was! She looked inside and couldn't believe how wonderful it looked. Always been a unpleasant experience. Staff have a fed up attitude. They ignore the hours they have posted and won't open at... 5. I waited past 537 for a mobile order because they ignore me knocking and won't speak thru drive thru speaker if not driving acar. Manager laughs and turned her music up. Called another store and they wouldn't give the number to the one I'm at. They need to have the food hot!!!! We live block away and our food was cold by the time we got home. Long line though drive up.... You think your food be hot. And curly fries weren't so curly. What happened to fast food good food. Over 20.00 dollars. Tryharder. We deserve hot food. Read more
