Very disappointing. When I gave the girl my card to swipe there were some challenges. She returned my card& passed me the... machine. I swiped, entered my pin& passed the machine back to her. She then asked me to back up to a certain point& I askedwhy. She stated that her timer was in the red& she needed to bring her numbers up. My fries were cold& didn't recieve ANYnapkins. Read more
Lazy employees didn't want to open their dining room for a customer that was on foot and when I checked the time the dining... room opens, 6 am.. the guy was standing there for about ten minutes knocking and the time was well after 6 am. If you show up ANY time after 6 the staff will either not make your food cause they're "closing" down or they don't accept apple... pay or Google pay or any type of card whatsoever. When I came back with CASH they won't take cash either! EHAT AM I SUPPOSED TOPAY WITH?!?!?! SADLY THIS IS THE 4TH TIME THEYVE DONE THIS. I'm not joking they won't take cash or card OR EBT ,so how am Isupposed to pay. I guess they leave that to there managers in the am who also don't care for there jobs. Read more
I don?t understand why late night employees only say that cash is the only form of payment. No way that the card readers go down... after hours so often. Sounds like they purposely want to scare of customers to not work. Read more
