Not in love with this location. They don't make the orders correctly and they pressure you to leave a tip for picking up your... own food! The people making the food are clueless as to what's going on and when you try to ask them to not put something onyour sandwich they act put out. This crew has never been great. They need a lot of training, bringing down the brand image andnegatively impacting the customer experience. Read more

We ordered, the gals were busy but seemed efficient. Our order taker was VERY pleasant! Hubby ordered a hot sub, we knew it... would take a few extra minutes but I was done with my( rare ugh) roast beef club sandwich before hubby ever got his sandwich. It took over 17 minutes!!! I feel that in store customers should be handled prior to online orders. They also had NONAPKINS!!! What??!! Normally it's great to be cool but it was actually COLD inside. It felt good going out in the sun. Therewas another customer still waiting when we left...with no food yet after 25 minutes!! Wow. Read more

Tried this location twice. Always out of something, meat and certain breads. Both visits they have had 4 people "working" but... only one person doing anything while the rest just stood around or talked to each other. When someone does work, they're barelycompetent, they refused to add tomato to a warm sub because it wasn't on the menu. They won't take anything over a $20 bill eventhough their sandwiches are $20ea. A lady asked a guy to change his gloves before finishing her sandwich because he had touched100 other things and he got really grumpy about it. This location is a joke. Read more

Love their food but this location sucks service wise. Always close 10 or 15 minutes early and half of the times its one person... working and the others screwing around. It sucks I have to travel 3 miles away when I live across the street . Read more

I don't understand why they never read the tickets. This is the 3rd time I have ordered a club with extra bacon and not only... did I not get the extra bacon we paid for, we did not get any bacon at all. They gave us the wrong order get home and it'sclearly states Jeffrey. Not my order so we go back get the right order and it's all wrong and zero bacon. They also ake thephone off the hook so it constantly rings busy. We are beyond frustrated, just read the tickets please. The first time it was amanager training someone to obviously not read the tickets as well, the manager actually made the order and prepared thefood. Get it together your food is not cheap when we order for 3 people. Read more

Employees are almost useless. Multiple orders wrong. Cant add extra instructions(like extra vinegar on side) when ordering from... a delivery site. Tried to Call and someone picked up the phone but never responded or answered, they didn't hang up for over20min when I tried to call back so the line was busy. Service is very poor. Read more

If I could give less stars I would. I ordered online, my order never arrived. So I went in store to be refunded my money since... it had been over an hour since I originally ordered my food and the supervisor Hunter refused to speak to me. He told his staff?can?t you see that I?m busy, she is going to have to wait? so I water. Over an hour for him to talk to me and he never did. He stood on the other end of the line and said you placed it through the app, I won?t be refunding you. Didn?t even botheroffering to remake my sandwiches for my family. While I was there another team member arrived toward the end of the hour Iwas there and she called Alexis the store manager who also refused to refund my money. Said (even though it was placed on theirapp) I had to refunded through door dash, makes sense right? Called the corporate office number, since I had been there so longand the recording literally says refunds are at store level. Mind you I had tried to call this location multiple times and thephone was off the hook. Long story short, spent $50 in sandwiches and it never arrived. I was embarrassed in front ofCustomers and staff. Being treated like this isn?t acceptable in any circumstance and someone certainly needs to be heldaccountable for their actions. Read more

Don?t order or go to this location a bunch of kids working there. Ordered for delivery delivery was never delivered called the... store no answer. Go down to store just to have the manage refuse to speak to us. And tells us to call door dash. Call door dash.Spend 45 minutes on the phone with them just to call the store to get refund back because it was done through their app like wasexplained when we went in there. At this point I will not be supporting a company that has no respect for customers and wouldsuggestion not going to this location or any of the locations. Hunter the shift lead at the time refused to speak to us andrefused anything refunds also the store manager Alexis was contacting and refused refund. Even know when you order through theirapp it shows refunds come from store level. Call door dash just to be told the refund had to come from jersey mikes becauseorder was done through their app. Charges 44 and some change for something not delivered and refused to look at or even remakesandwich?s to make it right. Corporate will be called tomorrow and formal complaint one both store manager Alexis and Store leadHunter. This will not be the last review for this situation. Eddie district manager was told to inform by a different store leaddue to store took their phone off the hook cannot call location. Read more
