This store always messes up my order. I place the order on their app and they average about 30+ minutes to prepare my order. It... would be faster to go to the store and order then to order ahead. Not to mention people come in while I?m waiting and leave withfood. Maybe if they did less talking and more working they could be freaky fast. Guess that?s not Jimmy John?s motto anymore.More like freaky slow. Read more

I love jimmy johns and have been to many different locations along with working at one a while ago. I do try and give... places/people benefit of the doubt, but this location has to be the worst one. I have visited many times and each time thecustomer service has been poor and the wait time for one sandwich is almost 20 minutes, it is absurd! Read more

Love me some Jimmy Johns, however this location has to be the worst that I have ever visited (being an avid national traveler.)... Bad service, horrible communication, no response to feedback or phone calls regarding a bad experience. They neglected to verifythat an online order was complete, leaving me in the parking lot waiting for the indication on their order platform. Arrivinghome, I found that the order was incorrect. they would not pick up my call or return my message. They later called and left amessage stating that they had to throw away my order because I did not retrieve it and I would still be charged. i becamesomewhat ill after consuming the incorrect meal for about 6-hours. No concern on that part either. Absolute idiots. Very poorlymanaged location. Read more

Worst experience ever! Incompetent management! They made my husband's sandwich wrong. No big deal, so we just asked for our... money back for his meal and we were denied. The jerk of a Manger just kept saying "there was nothing he could do about it" Ithen asked for a business card with corporates info and a lady stepped in and told me to "look it up". I spent $40 on sandwichesand then was told to leave. I am completely besides myself. Read more

I love the #7. I've tried about 6 different locations and my favorite is the one on 59 and olive. The guy with long hair and a... beard makes the #7 awesome!!! He reverses the meat so there's no way the other toppings can fall out. Read more

Horrible service. Ordered online for pick up. Arriving about 10+ minutes after the order it was not ready which is fine. Then... multiple parties of at least 20 people ordered after I had arrived and sandwich was never made. I inquired 2 more times and itstill was never done. Very poor service with no apology. Left the store with no food and no refund- just a canceled order. Donot recommend. Read more
