This restaurant has gone downhill a lot. No taste to their chicken anymore. Plus recent visit was terrible. I ordered extra... crispy, but got original recipe instead. Evidently the manager and his employees aren't doing their job very well. Next time forchicken ???? we'll go to Church's Fried Chicken.???? Tired of spending more money for bad food! Just letting people know that not every fast food place has bad service. I've been to this KFC a few times in the last 10 months... and I've had high quality customer service every time. The food is good and the staff are really nice. Read more
I really wanted to check out their chicken sandwich but the price was too high for me. Also I was scared that, as is often the... case, the sandwich wouldn't be as pictured. For the price, I could buy a whole fryer. So I opted for the chicken wings and frieswere extra?? While I was grateful to receive "whole" chicken wings and not "wingettes," they were the tiniest wings I've evereaten in my entire adult life! I chose crispy wings but they were so crispy I couldn't really enjoy the wings for trying tocatch the breading. I wanted to enjoy the wings, breading and all, in its entirety. Sadly, I did not. The fries were nicelyseasoned, although a bit salty. The fries and my water, turned our to be my meal. I was sadly disappointed. Don't know if I'llbe going back anytime soon. Maybe I should've stuck with my first thought and ordered the sandwich. Read more
Maybe twice in 10 years have I gone into a KFC. Wanted some of their delicious cole slaw this date. The "adult" who served me... was as polite as a dictator in exile. Horrible. She needs to go. Read more
After arriving at kfc the door was locked and I was motioned to go through the drive thru. Once I went through the drive thru I... was told that they were out of chicken. Chicken. This is kfc we are talking about. After I asked why they were out of chicken Iwas informed that it was 10 minutes to close and she didn?t want to make the chicken. We ordered or food and I specifically asked for honey and butter for my biscuits(cause they don?t do that on there own anymore?)... I got home and there wasn?t any honey or butter in the bag. My fries we smashed and cold and my fiancés food was also cold. Ireally hate spending 20 bucks on food just so I can throw half of it away because the employees don?t want to do there job!! Read more

Chicken strips were dry dry old. Fries were fresh. No ketchup was in bag though :(
