So some of the employees were very nice and helpful. A very rude woman whom wouldn't help anyone. My food was ok, wasn't awful. ... Warm soda, but when I asked for ice I did eventually get it. The restaurant was so dirty, with a few flys. The homeless addictsstanding by the door, asking for money was the worst part though.. I do not spend time on this side of town for this reason. This is the 2nd time going in at night that I've gotten home ready to eat what I ordered and watched get prepared but was not... happy when I got home. I ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals one grilled one crispy. The sad thing is I watched the young man makemy sandwiches and wrap them. I get home and opened my chicken sandwich and it was a burger that looked like it had been sittingthere for hours. My boyfriends was the same exact thing. So they must have switched the sandwiches up on purpose. I called like25 times and they didn't never answer. I paid $49.00 for everything I got plus I left a $7.00 tip. I came last month and spentlike $53.00 on 2 cowboy burger meals with onion rings and we each got like 3 onion rings and they were cold and mushy. The food was so good and flavorful. Not too greasy, the condiments used were the right amount and the vegetables were crisp and... fresh the buns were toasted to give that nice crunch to the bite and the fries were nice a crispy without being to greasy aswell. The drive thru wasn't too hard to order from and the wait wasn't to long it was actually fast. 10/10 would recommend andwould go again. ???????????? Read more
Went here on Sunday , pulled up in the drive thru at 6:10pm. Sat in line for 10 minutes before getting the chance to order.... After ordering sat in the line for another 15 minutes before pulling up to the window paid almost $40 for what I say wasgarbage. The girls in the drive thru didn't have a clue , almost giving us someone else's order. After check our order realizedthe kids order for our daughter wasn't even in the bag they gave us. After explaining to the girls in drive thru finally got ALLour food. It gets worse......after spending more then 45 minutes in the drive thru we made it home to find out the food weordered was not edible, cold and all around disgusting. The burger ordered was thrown together and soggy the bun had alreadyfallen apart. Next was the chili cheese dogs , what we got was 2 hot dogs that had been sitting out and were dark brown withchili no cheese and onions and bacon which I didn't ask for. The sweet potato fries were way over cooked and hard. My daughter'smeal was the same food that had been sitting out and tots that were saturated in oil and dark like they had been overcooked.Last but not least the tots I ordered that were melted to the styrofoam container they were served in. I called for almost awhole day to speak to a manager but nobody would answer the phone. When I went into the location I asked for a manager and thecook and young girl at the counter helped me.
