Lenny's is a blast from the past with their 50's/60's motif Burger joint. The fries were tasty and the burger was good. I... enjoy the checkered patterns and chrome highlights every where. Songs from Frank Sinatra and Sammie Davis Jr played in thebackground. If your looking for a historic experience then Lenny's is a good choice. Read more

Driving south on Central Ave in the heart of Downtown Phoenix is Lenny?s Burger Diner. A place where time stood still in the... early 50?s and hasn?t changed since. A time when quality and service mattered. Walking in the place was so clean and everythingwas in its place. The food was in point and cooked to order. I had the Mushroom Garlic Burger and it was one of the best tastingburgers Downtown has to offer. My burger was married with a side of the freshest crunchiest onion rings I?ve had in a longtime! Lenny?s is a legit diner with all the 50?s decor, stainless steel on the walls and even Elvis was playing on the Tv! Clean and tidy, lots is clean seating and a menu that rocks Lenny?s shouldn?t be slept on. If you find yourself in downtownPhoenix heading south on Central Ave, keep an eye out for Lenny?s. You won?t regret it. Read more

We went in for a snack because they sell corn dogs on really great prices (around $1.50). It wasn't crowded at all when we... visited. They have an interesting decor and have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options. A lot of parking space too. Weliked the corn dogs as there was good sized sausage in it and it was made fresh. We asked for mustard and ketchup sachets, whichwere provided at no extra cost. We did spot homeless people around though. They weren't a nuisance and seemed harmless. Wesuspect that they seem to have a humane policy of free/discounted drinks for those in need. This is appreciable as the heat inat its peak. Looking forward to trying a float next time! Read more

This was my first time at Lenny's burger shop. We were downtown for sweet salvage vintage shop. I cannot rave enough about this... burger joint! We dined inside. There was amazing service with friendly faces bringing us our food. It was clean and took youback to another time. Giving 4 stars because the prices advertised on the windows were less than the actual prices. Highlyrecommend, you will not be disappointed!! Read more

I think the Lenny?s legacy has died for me. I used to come when I was in high school but their quality has gone down. The staff... is quite slow even when there were hardly people waiting. Mixed up my order of onion rings and gave me fries instead. I willhardly ever come back. Sorry to have had a mediocre experience after the restaurant used to be so great when it was in Thomasrd. Employees don't care about the atmosphere, tables were dirty. Their attitude match the quality of food, overcooked and burgers... fell apart. I miss what this particular restaurant used to stand for, music and good ol' 50's fun. Hopefully when I come back itwill be different. Read more

Decided to check out Lennys drive-thru and wasn?t disappointed! Ordered the grilled cheese combo, with fries and a chocolate... shake. The fries were phenomenal - perfectly crispy and really delicious. Grilled cheese was pretty good - ended up being alittle mushy by the time I got home. Chocolate shake was delish! Wait time in the drive-thru was probably 5-7minish - Not toobad. Next time I think I will try a burger! Read more

So I was not impressed . Looks no better than McDonald's on the burger. Asked for no pickles as my son is 3 . And the food was... cold though we dined in... ??????????? And they charge you for ranch or dipping sauce outside of catch up. Which is stupid whentheir sandwiches are dry ... and frys cold ...what are you supposed to do. I brought my son because of the decor andatmosphere. Never again Read more
