Door dash messed up my order and I came to this location because the location on Thomas and Hayden did not help me at all the... manager was rude . But this location was so amazing!!! Sara the manager heard what happened and helped me and the staff wereamazing too when you wait for 3 hours for your food it really doesn?t make you upset especially when you have little oneswaiting to eat. One word.... horrible. Ordered at the counter and was told 10-15 minutes. When I returned they couldn't find the pizzas and told... me they had a mix up in the back and they would have replacements in 7 minutes. Meanwhile I go to the cooler to get a soda,which is practically empty and they're all warm . Got my pizzas and got back to my hotel in 5 minutes. The pizza were hard andcold with crust like cardboard. So, now I have cold pizza and warm soda. There is no way that pizza was just freshly cooked Ithink it was the original order from 30 minutes prior that they found and gave me. Just had the most disgusting pizza I?ve ever had. They were out of everything so I stepped it up and ordered the extra most best... est pepperoni. Pizza looked and tasted old and stale, almost zero cheese on the pizza. Could have got a frozen totinos at walmart and ate it raw and threw up and still would have been better than this. Read more
