Poor Service mobile or drive thru! Employees taking their time while all the orders are just sitting there! I ordered through... the mobile app and was worthless. I still had to go in after waiting for 20 min in the space number. I still waited another 5min inside. The employee was rude as hell and still didn?t get my order complete. I had to drive back! It was very upsetting tobe honest! Never have I gotten an order correct from McDonalds and its my fault for going back geese! Read more

I ordered a hot chocolate I wasn't told that I had to mix it around in order for me to get the flavor because as soon as I took... a sip of my hot chocolate it tasted like watered down milk and chocolate but when I started drinking it from the bottom itstarted to get more chocolatey and I wasn't even given a spoon or anything to stir the hot cocoa. I was in line at 1:30 am to pick up an Uber Eats order. By the time I got to the window it was 2:20 am and I was told that they... were only serving breakfast and my customers were expecting their orders Uber Eats orders have to be manually accepted. If thecrew wasn't able to accommodate the order, they shouldn't have accepted them. Very unprofessional. Read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I?ve experienced. We ordered a 20 nugget and a four piece happy meal. We got no sauce even... after being asked what kind. Upon asking for sauce the kid at the window was rude and told us ?it?s in the bag? we kindlyoffered to return everything so they could see there was nothing in there. After asking for 3 mins and him consulting the guywith piercing standing next to him that was rolling his eyes continuously as we?re asking we received our sauce. I understandthat they are busy and people may be training but this isn?t how you treat a customer. This is the closest one to my house and Iwill gladly drive further to get better customer service. Horrible service ! Customer service is horrid. The drive thru workers don?t make eye contact, close the windows before you could... even ask for sauces or even say thank you to them. Definitely need a better manager or some more training. Read more

Yet another fast food spot that doesn't follow normal protocol and is also quite rude about it. Came to the menu board to order... at 2:32am after sitting in line for 20 mins even though the line wasn't that long. Then they answer rudely at the board and tellme it's only beeakfast... at 230am on a saturday? Like all the bars just got out. No one want breakfast. To top that off themenu board still shows dinner food and the guy says menu doesn't change until 4am automatically, tells me to look it up on myphone is only option. 4am is Probably the same time breakfast starts at every other location. I've been here multiple times. I've always gone through the drive through and they've done well. No issues with this store, ... they are solid. But what can be done about your parking lot? Too many homeless and drug activities that would keep me as aparent away from exiting to go inside. I'm storing this a perfect 5 star because the staff deserves it. Not sure how thatparking lot could be better but I'm sure someone is getting a pay check for claiming they've got it under control. Read more

First and worst experience ordering from the app, 4 chocolate sundaes that were not ready in 5 minutes more like 15. The... employee that brought them out to my vehicle was rude, I asked her the name on the order she ignored me. Then placed this hugebrown bag in my face, that had 4 little chocolate sundaes that look like soup. What upset me even more is I had to get down andgo inside to talk to a manager which turned out to be no help at all. This is why they deserve a big thumbs down, the managertook the bag from my hands not one word of sorry for the inconvenience.
