After being turned... away from the i-10 location before driving the extra 3.3 miles to find someone open. Dunno what you pay them for but they aren'tselling burgers or anything else. Useless. Worst experience I've had at McDonald's. Waited in the drive thru a full 30 mins after ordering using the app. One person didn't... know how mobile orders worked, the second was confused about what my order was, the third gave me stale coffee with milk (Iordered black). Worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to! And I?ve been to plenty, I went yesterday and only ordered 3 sweet teas since they had no... soda or iced coffees and also ordered 3 breakfast biscuits, tell me why I waited 35-40 minutes!? After 10 minutes I should?vecancelled, I went inside because the drive thru was horrible & not moving I thought going inside would be faster, boy was Iwrong! Aside from the fact that they are one of those businesses who does not appreciate even official armed personnel in their... restaurant because it might offend some idiot they have decent food. I only hope they never find out the hard way that bad folksunderstand their restrictions on good people carrying weapons inside the restaurant and don't feel that it's an invitation tocommit crimes. Did a mobile order for a cold coffee and a hot coffee. When i went inside to get it i noticed my iced coffee had drizzle and i... didn't ask for drizzle. I asked for extra caramel syrup. Asked the lady manager to put 6 more pumps in it. She dumped some outto put the caramel but didn't fill it up or add ice something. So asked a regular employee to please remake my coffee and he dida great job. Wish i knew his name he was a tall white young man. Read more
Terrible to pickup Uber Eats orders. I waited over an hour in the drive thru. McDonalds should bring out these types of orders... to the car. If I ever see a long line again at any McDonald's, I will definitely cancel. The staff isn't efficient at all. Read more
This places definitely lives up to the McDonalds standard. Food horribly wrapped, bad customer service, missing items, food not... prepared how it was ordered, making us wait excessive times in those parking spots for drive thru. Yet my kids love cominghere, we come every so often. I really hope that the one on Avondale and Lower Buck isn't like this when it opens. Read more
