The food is ridiculously expensive , and the portions are smaller than they used to be. When this place first opened up, it was... so good. Attractive wait staff and delicious food piled high. The economy and management have reduced thus place to a cheapthrill and an expensive night out. Deserts are $9 ? Come on. The cheapest thing in the menu is a cup of chili. It's $7 and about5 oz. The bowl is $8 and 7 oz. Served with one half of a piece of toast! Half a piece ! Come on! The barbeque is mediocre andthe sides are blah. Even the wait staff has been reduced , from healthy , athletic mountaineering type ladies to boney,malnourished looking girls who don't act or look old enough to serve liquor. They are uneducated about their menu items andgenerally disinterested in your dining experience. The outfits are not all complimentary and some will make you lose yourappetite all together. Sorry. This location has awful drive thru service. I heard an employee that must have left his headset on cussing while speaking to... another employee. The lady that took my order was ridiculous. She kept asking what I wanted and then would go silent for a whileand then ask again...... and keep asking. She also kept speaking Spanish to me, when I was NOT ordering in Spanish. When Ibrought it up to the girl at the window to pay, her words were literally "it happens " and then she laughed. And no, it was notbusy at all. There was no reason for it to be like that. I had someone call me right when I pulled up to the speaker and I hadthem on hold until I finally ordered and then spoke to them for about 30 seconds and hung up. I went to check my call log to seehow long it took them to get my order......11 minutes. Out of all that, they also gave me a completely different order than Iordered. I went to go inside to have them fix it, and I could not get anyone's attention....and again, it was slow inside. Noone at the register, and multiple people behind the counter saw me and ignored me. This place is disgusting. Tables were littered with food wrappers. There were homeless junkies loitering throughout the... restaurant, quite a few passed out. The cashier's refused to speak English. Read more

Two times I ordered I didn't get everything I ordered. . My fault I should of checked. The quarter pounder was terrible. It... was old like it was under the heat lamp to long. Frys wasn't done all the way. Ask for no onions and it had onions. Didn't getapple pie I ordered. Everything was on the receipt. But its like they didn't bother to even look at what was ordered. Dine in booth smells. Maybe they should sanitize end of shift. Service is great and fast. The crew is always smiling. The lady... cleaning needs to understand the customer should not have to wait, until her floor dries before they can leave. Read more
