We did the dine in thing. Two hamburgers had a little pick to it, the third one was cooked on the out side, but the in side was... raw. When it was brought to the management attention, I cut believe they gave this to you. The was told that they are turning upthe heat on the grill and would make the hamburger. In the meantime they passed out food to at least 7 people, 20 minutes laterI'm still standing there waiting for the hamburger and finally got. Although they took care of it slowly, I am not sure I wouldgo back there. Biggest question is, why are they not doing a time check on the heat of the grill or even fryers? Read more
Today, while at work, I ordered a meal from this restaurant through Uber. They canceled it because of problems with the Uber. I... reordered my food. I will spend my second 20.00. 4 hours after my original order, I received the initial order. My nuggets arecold, my burger was icy, the whipped cream in my coffee was not there, and my fries decided not to show up at all. Verydisappointed in a corporation that prides itself on human kindness and advertises to a lower Economic level, The inconvenienceis out of this world and I hope to never experience this again. Below average on food, customer service, & cleanliness. I?ve attempted to go to this McDonalds various times & have had a bad... experience almost every time for both personal use and UberEats delivering. If you value your time don?t go here it?ll surely bewasted for them to inform you they are closed more than half the time. I?ve had to cancel deliveries I was doing because ofthis. I recommend you driving the extra 1-2 miles to the another McDonalds for personal use. Read more
Tonight I had experienced the worst customer service ever. The manager argued with me and walked away not allowing me to finish... talking not once but twice. I ordered $50 dollars worth of food I should of received but had a hard time getting what I paidfor. The staff simple laughed the whe time while I waited for the manager to give me my order. I'm sad for the generation tocome. I myself deal with the public daily and haven't ever treated customer in that fashion. Read more
If I could rate this stupid McDonald's worth I would. They're horrible Sat there for 20 minutes. They had one person in the... drive-thru line but their priority is you know phoned in food calls only. If I could give less I would. This is some of the most incompetent stuff I?ve ever seen. The manager was dumbfounded when there... was a problem with the kiosk and she had to manually enter in my order. I ordered uber and they gave my order out to the wrong person, my uber lady was very nice and she tried talking to the manger.... The manger wouldn?t remake my order and just dismissed her. Then I tried talking to the manger and she was very rude and justdismissed what I had to say and didn?t even consider that they made the mistake.
