Cashier went from using the register to immediately making food without washing her hands. I stopped her and asked her to wash... her hands after touching the dirty register and she looked me dead in the face and said "No, it's too busy". My kids wanted to come to Mcdonalds to play and hopefully get a Mcdonalds Happy Meal with fish instead of meat because they... don?t eat meat. We go in and first ask for the desserts they had displayed at the register only for the cashier to tell us theyhave none of the desserts besides apple pie. Then I ask if i can somehow order the happy meal and have a fish fil a pattyinstead of meat and she says no instantly?. I told her my kids dont eat meat but they want a happy meal and she just said nothey wont. I would of paid extra for the patty. Simply taking a fish fil a and placing it on a bun doesn?t seem to difficultfor kids wanting a happy meal. Rude. Not helpful. Guess ill head on over to Burger King where you can have it your way. Ordered my food and use the app to order and pay like I normally do but when I got to this McDonald?s they refused to honor the... app And charged me for the free fries I was supposed to get. Then they refused to refund me for the fries because I did itthrough the app and not with them. To top it off the food was cold and they didn?t put any of the sauces I asked for in the bag.I will never eat at this location again. Read more

The manager roller her eyes when I said it was open @6 I was standing on the North side when I called this morning so I could... see her eye rolls that's when she hang up on me and nowhere on the doors does it say drive-thru only at 6:00 on both doors onthe North side or the South side shows it in both pictures I took below sorry man you couldn't haven't into the picture oh well!!!
