Came late night last night. Staff was very unprofessional in the greetings and delay in the drive thru. Then when we got to the... window, they sat behind the window for about 4 minutes... and when they opened it... absolutely no greeting... just workerstaring at me. She finally gave me the total and I gave her my card. She handed it to me and closed the door. No receipt either.Then when we finally got our order the Sprites were completely all carbonation. It was the most bizarre and rude visit I haveever had... and that's a lot for a McDonald's. Read more
Very unpleasant experience. An order I placed wasn't understood by one of the employees and instead of trying to figure things... out and resolve the problem they chose do deflect the problem and make it the customer's fault for placing the order. Theyweren't interested in fixing the problem only being stubborn and sticking with their original course of action and not trying tofind common understanding. They enjoyed making the customer feel ridiculous ridiculed and like it was my fault the employeedidn't understand. Highly unpleasant. Read more
They are unprofessional and seem to enjoy causing issues so they can deflect the responsibility back on the customer. They want... to cause problems and are not interested in resolving the problems because it's too entertaining to get the guests all flusteredand tongue tied. Shameful... Read more
The food was good, I don't usually eat at McDonald's. I have had better spicy chicken biscuits. I ordered 2 with a large coffee.... The staff that assisted me were very helpful and patient while I wasn't sure what I wanted. Eating in was less than desirable,there were multiple flies within the restaurant and at the table I was using. Read more
This place is horrible their service sucks. Went to the az state fair and was extremely exhausted so we decided to grab... something order 50 pieces of nuggets single.mom 5 kids and the youngest is autistic and has sensory issues. Don't go here. You can expect to wait at least 20 min for your food. They were so slow this time another customer yelled at me... for not getting your attention to take my order, even though I did. Think about that for a second, they were literally so slowthat a customer got angry with me because you all didn't take my order. Lol. At first it appeared that there was a long line, but Rosa made sure the wait however was very short and my food was received in... a timely manner. Everyone on staff was working hard and together which impressed me so much. Rosa was very personable,professional, and proficient. Very much in awe of the staff at this location. Food was great also.
