We wanted to take our daughter yo eat spaghetti for her bday and have our family enjoy celebrating with her. I had originally... choose Old Spaghetti Factory,not gonna lie, but she likes the Spaghetti at olive garden so we moved her party to olive garden.My biggest fear was the fact that OG doesnt take reservations and was at the mercy of how busy they are at the time we get thereBUT thankfully We only waited like 20 mins when we were expected to wait like an hour. We were all sat down and thought we weregoing to have more than one server since there was 14 of us but we only ended up with one server but Avena(I think that was hername. I am so sorry if it isn't right because I really wanted to remember her name) ROCKED IT!! She had a smile on her face thewhole entire time and was so incredibly pleasant with everyone and nothing that we asked for was a problem! She did an amazingjob and got all of our orders right and nothing was left up in the air. I was amazed with her and how awesome everyone was thathelped her as well. The food was really good and made exactly the way it was ordered. The portions were great and were veryhappy with every bit of the service. At the end they had a group bring out her cake that I had brought for her and her dessertthat OG gives you for your bday. She was super happy and loved it so much! I normally don’t give reviews at places unless they go above and beyond but this location is horrible. They are rude,... unprofessional and inconsiderate. I was eating food and a big crawled out of it. I promptly asked for my bill. I didn’tcomplain and was going to pay when the manager came out. They essentially dismissed me but also comped my bill. I felt dismissedand excused. Customers deserve to be heard and listened to. I am a calm and warm person and just wanted to be acknowledged andheard. Read more

We always have a great experience at Olive Garden! They're fast and friendly. They have a wonderful family atmosphere, but if... you're looking for a romantic environment, you can find that there as well. They have Lunch and Dinner Prices. We often go justfor the endless soup bowls and bread sticks along with an entree that we might share. Read more

As a celebration for my friend who was in the hospital for a week we decided on Olive Garden. We are so happy we did because we... had the best server in the world. His name is Kevin. Please ask for him. He was kind, nice, caring and attentive. He made ourexperience effortlessly because he took care of us with the utmost respect. Took our drink order and kept it coming, we ordereddipping sauce and he kept an eye to keep it coming nice and hot and made sure we had fresh and hot bread with it including theall you can eat soup. When our entrée arrived he cautioned ?? us about the dish being super hot. He made sure he placed itwhere we wanted. Now that is extra care and he showed signs of concerns not to burn our hands. That's customer service at itsbest. We will be returning to this location for that kind of attentiveness. We appreciated his kindness, his great smile, and hewas very respectful. Thank you Kevin. We got there, no wait, fast service, got our orders correct when we asked for adjustments like shrimp instead of chicken and... extra sauce. My only complaint was finishing my drink before food came and getting past by twice and then food came so i atemost of my food without a beverage. Food was really good. I got the tortellini. Food is always good...but our waiter was amazing and one of the best servers I've ever had and I eat all over the world Highly... recommended place We are definitely coming back Prices are fair for the amount of food you get.
