The food's pretty decent, but don't go right before closing because everything will be dried out for undercooked for rushing to... fill orders. This is always really tough tough firm broccoli hard to chew and the meat is always overcooked. The employees dotheir best to keep up with the frantic Pace that people come in at, always impatient and wanting their food immediately. Worst costumer service at this location and even Panda Express Management. Had a survey code of free entrée and the cashier... didn't give it free. She took off I think a $. Free =$0. Well, when we said just skip it because only reason we got it becauseit was free. She didn't even try to hide her dissent towards us. I complained to corporate office. They came back free weekslater saying the management at the location will address the concern. Guess what, never heard from them. Only thing I got wasanother survey to check how did they do address my concern. We just stopped going to Panda Express altogether. Read more

Food is normally good the customer service is the issue. They have no sense of urgency, poor time management and they fail to... plan ahead. The cooks will wonder off to the back when they have several food items out on the line. You will see 2 poeplepushing a broom and 2 poeple on the line getting orders out while they have a line out the door. They wait until they aretotally out of a food item to call out to a cook to make more. The biggest issue for me is the deal with it attitude they seemto have about these issues. I normally get lunch here once a week and this is an issue on about 80% of my visits. Read more
