Was Extremely Disappointed to see the lady preparing our food WAS NOT WEARING GLOVES! AS we sat down to eat a homeless lady... came in to fill up 3 of her own Filthy thermoses full of Soda. Not one employee said a word as I watched the staff, look rightat her .She also was using the water from the fountain machine to wet napkins as she wiped her face and head! COMPLETELYUNSANITARY AND EXTREMELY DISGUSTING!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS FOR MANAGER TO ALLOW!!???? Read more

30 minutes before closing time, nothing is fresh, they didn't greet us, no one came up to us to try and take our order neither &... they're spraying some type of degresear near the food to try n clean even tho they're still open. I smelled the degresear assoon as I walked in, im not sure why they would think its not getting on the food. Read more

Hello, I just wanted to share about my experience here. :) I was having a bit of a challenging day with some thoughts on my mind... and I when I came to this restaurant the young lady that waited on me was so sweet and patient with me. I asked her if they hadbrown steamed rice, and she said said they didn't, but she looked at me with such tenderness, compassion and kindness as sheshared this with me :). I then mentioned that I wanted to eat a bit healthier and that's when I ordered to servings of the mixedgreens and grilled teriyaki chicken. Well, the sweet young lady saw there was not enough vegetables for two servings and so, shekindly shared that they are making fresh vegetables and it would be two minutes. I smiled and let her know I would wait forthose.???? She then kindly gave me the option of paying right then or waiting to pay when it was ready. I told her I would paynow. Well, I paid and the cashier who got my payment was nice too. She asked me how my day was going and she put a smile on myface too.???? Well, my food was ready so fast and I picked it up and went to my car to eat. Well, when I open my plate I tearedup and said, "This looks AMAZING!"???? I don't normally do that, but this just touched me so, and I really appreciate it!! Ihope more and more people will come to this restaurant and see the sweetness I experienced! And by the way, the restaurant looksso clean, and a gentleman was doing a great job cleaning the windows on the outside at the front of the restaurant!!! I got the grilled teriyaki chicken with power greens. Both were out and it was a 7min wait. However, it was so fresh and... delicious. It was so worth the wait. Customer service was excellent. Also random lady came over the music, it was an alarm checkto see if staff was safe. Wow, okay I was like the was a 1st I hope they don't get robbed a lot at this location. I would say worst customer experience ever. But that's saying a lot in a post-Covid apocalyptic landscape. They never have super... greens, it's always "six minutes, you wanna wait?" Oh yes, I love waiting, it's fast food, right? And the sign on the wallclearly states - brown rice. So where's the brown rice? "Oh, we don't have brown rice. How about some nice fried rice?" Howabout I walk across the street and get a nice terriyaki bowl from Yogi's? Read more

Manager Tammy has an attitude. She needs customer service training. Pretentious nice aura but no. Also, some level of... communication improvement in this branch. Lady who took my order was nice. People working on this shift deserve a bettermanager. Read more
