The food is what just as I?d expect and was good. The customer service was very odd. No one said one word. Uncomfortable.
If you are a "Panda" fan , this is one of their best locations. Always fresh, friendly personal ???? and clean.
Rude employees. Only 4 entrees available. I asked if they could make more of anything that would give us a bigger selection and... some fresher food, and was told that they weren't going to be making anything else because of supply issues. I will happilydrive the 4 miles out of my way to go to another Panda where they actually treat their customers as if they want them to return. Read more
Ordered online, waited until it was supposed to be ready, only to find out we had to wait for items to be cooked. Sat there for... another 15 min while our food got cold, watching the cook do absolutely nothing. After 15 min i asked about the items we werewaiting on, only to find out the guy cooking hadnt even started them. He was literally standing around doing NOTHING instead ofdoing his job. When i asked about it, i got nothing but attitude. Every time we go to this location, it is a complete trainwreck! I will not go back to this location and i suggest you find another Panda to go to. PLEASE READ! BEAWARE OF THIS LOCATION!! I left a 1 star review yesterday on my experience, i?m leaving another one star review... today because all of you need to be aware of this panda location. when I ordered my food yesterday I found a toilet paper likenapkin in my food. I called and the lady said she would give me the whole order for free which is fine. Today we got our freefood. And there?s a was freaking bug in it. And also my husband ordered from here 6months ago as he bit into his food he got apiece of uncooked chicken and threw up his guts from how grossed out he was. This location is absolutely trash and very dirty!I?m not calling back nor do I want my money I?d honestly prefer if you would shut this place down for being unsanitary. Read more
11/14/22 we went for dinner one of the employees son was in a booth with his tablet on so loud that other employees were... shouting at customers to get their orders. We have had several problems over the last several weeks, including being told byjacob that we couldn't buy more shrimp on the side in a little takeout container. Read more
