I guess they might go broke by putting any toppings on the pizza. 1-2 sliced olives on a slice, and maybe 2 pieces of sausage... per slice, and wait, maybe 4 sliced onions on the whole pizza. Not even onion on every slice, Wow, maybe I should have justordered a cheese pizza. Read more
Family and I ordered our usual order and after two hours the app never updated past preparing. All it kept saying was different... times door dash was going to show at the store. Never did see our pizza. Read more
Using Door Dash is a ridiculously poor choice. Waited almost 2 hours for a pizza before I called to cancel the order. The app... never updated from the preparing status. Never again. These outside delivery services they use are a joke. Read more
Ordered food at 630pm. At 845, it had not been delivered. I called the store and no one answered the phone for a few minutes and... then I was out on hold. When they finally got back to me, I was told a DoorDash driver picked up my order awhile ago and musthave taken off with it. The order tracker never changed to Out For Delivery. Store never contacted me about the late order.Offered to have me come and pick up the order after they remade it or they could send it back out. No thanks. I?m not givingthem any more of my money. In the past, every thing was fine. But now that they have switched to using Door Dash for delivery, we keep either not getting... our orders, i.e Door Dasher stealing it, our order being completely wrong, or them cancelling our order without notifying us.The store itself is fine, but them forcing the stores to use outside delivery services is a horrible choice. This was gross! The box was soaked and soggy and the pepperoncini was rotten and smells disgusting. I got this for my kids as a... reward. So I would say they were pretty upset when I wouldn't let him have this disgusting whatever this is. When I calledJessica answered I told her what I was dealing with and her response was I will just refund you throw it away. Awesome so mykids lose their reward I'm out the tip to the driver and all I got was just throw it away. Well I did. I also will never orderanything from this location ever again. ( Jazmin I have no interest in contacting another "Manager" to make this right. Youcan't make it right you already had that chance. I have no intentions in doing business with you again now or ever. In essenceyou are arrogantly saying you can make my distrust for your company right again. Which just isn't true. You can't make the lossof trust right again. I have avoided adding a review here because I have been trying to give them a chance. I know we are in a time that is hard to... find staff. They have NEVER gotten our order right. And they always drop our food of on our neighbors porch. I don't think asingle employee can read. We order Spicy Garlic sauce every time. And every time they bring regular garlic. Half of our foodalways shows up burned, if it shows up at all. We like the Papa Johns franchise and food, but this location struggles. Read more
