All I can say is wow! We had one of the best meals we've ever had here! Started off with the chicken dip, so flavorful and rich.... Best dip I've ever had! For main courses we had the grilled shrimp risotto and the 270 day dry aged new York strip. Risotto waspacked with complex flavors and so creamy. The shrimp was seasoned really well and cooked to perfection. The absolute star ofthe meal was the NY strip. Served medium rare, the dry aged steak was super flavorful! Best steak I've ever eaten! It comes withthe crispy fingerling potatoes, charred broccoli and 2 sauces ( lemon aioli, and a wine demi glaze) large enough to sharebetween 2 people. So delicious! Finished the night with a chocolate cream pie which was also delicious! The salted carmelaround the crust added and extra richness to die for! Casual relaxed atmosphere. The head chef and owner waited on us and madeus feel at home and taken care of. We will definately be back to persepshen! Read more

Persepshen has one of the most well thought out menus featuring local ingredients and scratch made EVERYTHING! The environment... is perfect for a Friday night out with friends but also perfect for a date. All the portions are served with sharing in mind soyou can try multiple different menu items. I was very impressed with how fresh every item was but also with the unique flavorpairings and plating. We got a few items to share while my husband and I were on a double date. All of which were delicious. The escargot is a MUST and the charcuterie board features scratch made liver pate, meats cured by the chef and an assortment offresh picketed veggies. Sometimes places that boast ?local and fresh? are anything but. Persepshen outdid themselves on bothclaims. A unique spot serving truly local ingredients and a chef that cares about the food he serves. The staff is friendly, the owner Jason makes sure to stop by your table and from start to finish you feel very welcomed. Do yourself a favor and get areservation!! And don?t forget dessert! It?s out of this world. My husband and I are still talking about the skillet cookie andlemon pie! Read more

This is one of the best "casual fine dining" restaurants I've ever been to. The food is just incredible, great quality and... flavor, cooked perfectly, and some very unique items. The food really does stand out as being on a level above other places thatwe love. The crispy polenta street fries are incredible! We got the Chinese sausage steam buns this time and those werewonderful. We've gotten the chicken dip in the past and that's also amazing. The only thing we've gotten that we weren'timpressed with was the duck a l'orange, which we just didn't think the duck itself was very tender. Maybe it was just thatparticular one we had. But the fingerling potatoes that came with it were the best I've ever had, it looked like they weresmashed and then fried so they were really crispy on the outside but soft in the center. And the orange sauce went great withthem. It's really fun sitting at the bar because it's right in front of the open kitchen, but be warned it does get a littlewarm if you're the seat closest to the kitchen (worth it in my opinion). Waitress is always great (I forget her name but we'veseen her a couple times). We'll keep coming back and can't wait to try more things on the menu! Read more

Elevated cuisine in an unpretentious setting. Awesome concept: local and organically sourced ingredients, featuring an electric... menu of dishes from around the world- something for everyone! Reimagined classic cocktails with homemade natural syrups andgarnishes. Hearty drink menu with wine, cerveza, sake, cider, champagne, and well drinks with homemade soda and tonic. Highlyrecommend the Cochinita Pibil for your entree. Be sure to make reservations because they are only open 4hrs Thursday-Sunday. Read more
