Yes, Peter Piper Pizza remains fun, and the pizzas are good. As with may establishments now, there is clearly some difficulties... with personnel cost-management or a problem attracting and gaining adequate reliable energetic capable workers and managers.Could be better by maintaining the play areas, bathrooms, and dining areas at a higher level of sanitation and cleanliness. First time trying there pizza, thought it was really good. Also didn?t take long. Had a PTA get together for the school I work... for, everyone really enjoyed there time. Kids had fun playing the arcade games. Definitely will be back again! Read more
This man is one of the ?managers?named CHRIS who was extremely rude. They charged my card then told me after the wait would be... 45 minutes to an hour. I asked for a refund because why would you wait to tell me that after the fact. I asked could he give mecash being that I have my card used, receipt and ID he cut me off immediately and shouted ?nope? going back on your card andthrew the receipt on the counter. I asked could he show me a receipt showing I would he refunded and he was so rude in front ofme and my child and said I could call corporate instead of simply explaining. He then threatened to call the police on me andwent in the back to call . A situation that did not need to be blown out but did because of his nasty rude behavior. The othermanger ?Olivia? did a better job simply explained and showed how my refund would go on my card apologized for the inconvenienceand I went about my day . Read more
Had my son's party today and it was amazing. The pizza was good, the games all worked, the ice cream was out but they... compensated since it was part of the package. Lexi was very attentive to the group and helped when I needed. Will do anotherparty here. Or at least swing by for lunch! Read more
Honestly not what I was expecting it to be. There were about 10 working there, and yet I had to stand at the counter for 6... minutes before the came over to take my order. It took me an additional 5 minutes to find a table that wasn't absolutely coatedin pizza crumbs. Everything else was fine apart from the cleanliness and customer service. Read more
Did the ? shaped pizza deal. It was actually tasty. It was a bit doughy, undercooked. It didn't bother me but it did bother the... spouse. Last PPP was overcooked. Ordered online and waited 13 minutes until helped at the register. They are short staffed sobring your patience. Still worth a visit. Read more
Lunch buffet at Peter Piper is always great, but this time they brought out an Alfredo Pizza which was very unusual, but really... pretty good! Also, their breadsticks had more cheese on them than usual, which was another nice surprise! Finally, they had areally good pizza which I can only assume was meat lovers, and the bacon really brought it together! Read more
The food here is average. 3 stars because the fountain drink machine ran out of the only 2 flavors i was willing to drink. I... asked an employee there to refill. Half hour later.... still nothing. Had to ask 3 times! Read more
