If there was a -100 on this range. It would be given! I have a service dog and after I showed the mgr the proper paper work... because she refused to service us. She requested for me and my service dog to wait outside for our pizzas to be ready in a tonelike if we were animals. Who hired this woman!!! To service my/our community. I work hard along with my service dog to comehome to this!!! Dexter is a service dog?registered and that in itself means nothing to you. They threw a pizza at me when I asked for my money back because I lost the race car game.
Staff is Very unprofessional, they have poor customer service, unwilling to answer any questions , and they never have wings... after 7:00 pm because they"run out". So call ran out" I can understand one time, maybe two because of demand. But that's notthe case here, it's poor management, And laziness. As a business owner all I see is lost of revenue for this location because oftheir laziness, to clean their equipment at the end of their shift. Corporate should intervene in this case and look into thematter because it gives a bad reputation to the franchise. Read more
I never coming back to this place I came with my family the manager was very rude I buy 4 xl New York pizzas and ranch with this... pizzas they for get my ranch I ask one of the people they forget my ranch he ask the manger were is more ranch she say I dontwant to give them ranch because they don't had more but I tell the worker but I pay for the ranch she look at me with a mad faceand get the ranch and throw the ranch over the table were ther put the pizzas then she was all the time look at us with the mad.Face the close at 11 pm we came at 10:20 we buy pass for the games at 10:50 she was say the we had to finish because the goingto close so at 10:58 my kids was playing the games they call say we had to go they turn the light and the game so we had to go Ifelt she was unprofessional we never due anything to her or say anything to this manger but she was very rude with us so neverin my life never coming to this places was duty from the floor to the restroom I take my motherlaw with us this day and she saythe restroom was very duty and she ask one of the employee the restroom was duty and never went to clean the restroom so no waynever go to this place . Wasn't impressed with customer service. They seemed only interested in keeping the All you can Eat buffet bar full and making... all other customers wait extremely long for their orders. Our wings were cold because they sat there on the counter for whoknows long but are pizza was hot and fresh only because it took 45 minutes to a hour to get to us. Never again at least not atthis location, 51st avenue and Indian School. Read more
I ordered the new xtra stuffed pizza & they gave me this. There?s not extra cheese, as you can see. It?s basically just a... regular stuffed crust & they charged me for more. Had kids birthday party here, food took over an hour. Had to get in line to order additional items which took even longer. Party... was on a Saturday but they were extremely short staffed.
