I stop in here every couple months when I'm in town from Wisconsin. Pita Jungle in general is one of my favorites. This... particular experience was a dine in by myself. There's something about the service for solo diners that seems to lack at so manyplaces and this is no exception. I was seated by a gentleman, my order was taken by Maria, my appetizer and entree was deliveredby someone else. The only other interaction with Maria was her bringing my bill. Nobody checked on me while dining butthankfully the food was delicious as usual and I needed nothing else. This Pita Jungle is 10 min from my home but I may just tryanother location for dine in next time. Update: I'm back in town and took my sister to lunch, we were served by Vivienne and ourservice was excellent. We enjoyed our chicken Shawarma, cilantro beans and new potatoes. We even ordered some to go. That was ona Wednesday. The following Monday our cousin ordered take out for us. She ordered 4 Shawarma, a couple sides, 3 large tzatzikiand 6 Xtra pitas. There was NO tahini on any Shawarma, ONE tzatziki, both sides and the Xtra pitas. The tahini is the crownjewel of the Shawarma and there is hardly use for 10 pita and 1 tzatziki. My cousin called, we got "food credits" Today, Friday,the same week I stop for lunch. Jose is my server and he is superb. My tzatziki comes quick and my chicken combo platter is todie for. I LOVE this place as you can see. I will head back to the Midwest tomorrow satisfied with my latest Pita Jungle meal.Thank you to the management for taking care of us to insure our repeat business. 3 take out meals. 2 were wraps which are Huge and came with small side salad, those Diners said it was yummy (they ate other... half next day). Mine was gyro, adequate size but no salad/meal option unless I missed it on menu. I really enjoyed my gyro andwould get it again. Restaurant itself had a few people dining at a few tables, inside and outside, but Take Out orders werestacked up! Girl running counter/register was amazingly efficient, as was kitchen. I ordered online, showed it would be ready at6:10 and that's precisely when it came out of the kitchen. Plenty of parking. Kid friendly. I'm sure they have vegan options. Read more

This place is so gooooood! If your looking for something healthy definitely give it a try! My first time I got the Mediterranean... chicken shawarma pita and it was delicious , the second time I got it in a bowl and it was the best thing ever! the rice itcomes with makes it even more tasty. Went to lunch here yesterday with my 2 daughters. Got completely ignored for at least 10 mins before the server came over. I... had just commented to my daughter that if nobody showed up on 30 seconds we were leaving. Ordered 2 iced teas and a kidslemonade. And our food. The kids meal looked great when it was delivered. Took a picture even to send to her dad. Howeverthe turkey was just cut up cold meat, broccoli was practically raw. Rice had zero flavor but the fruit was warm?! Go figure. Needless to say she ate only the fruit. My food was under seasoned and loaded with onions! The picture is from the half Ibrought home and that?s not including the gobs I ate before taking the picture. My older daughter got the cheesesteak pita withno onions but there was a pound of peppers instead. She picked around it and then decided it wasn?t good and didn?t eat it. Itwasn?t busy but we never saw our server again (not even to see how the food was, a drink refill etc). until after someone elsebrought us to go box. I commented loudly as he walked by that we need a box. And he grabbed it for us. Server finally broughtthe bill and then took off with the card for over 10 more mins. The food is tasty and service was spot on. I tried one of their specials- white bean hummus with shrimp. Scoop up the... deliciousness with a pita. Don't forget to try out their different iced teas. Sometimes it gets really noisy inside, so we goeat on the patio. Read more

This is a healthy eater's dream come true. I have many food allergies but found a large variety of things I could eat here... which I don't usually find at other restaurants. And to my delight so many things were fresh and healthy and delicious. I hadthe Lentil Fetoosh Salad, with a side of garlic dip, which is made with mashed potatoes. They were both super delicious! Andwhat's important to me is I felt really good after eating them. Some restaurants you go to and after you eat the food doesn'tsit well and you wonder what you ate. I loved it so much I visited again and ate the same thing. As far as service goes, theywere busy but everybody was friendly and the atmosphere was casual and positive.
