We ordered our pizzas ahead of time for curbside because we were in a rush and needed to pick something up on our way home. We... arrived after the required time and after waiting in our car for five minutes we went inside and they told us they gave ourorder out to someone else and we would now need to wait an additional 15 minutes. Store was clean and wait staff was nice. Pizza was kinda gross and expensive. I use to order all of pizza from Pizza hut, but... they have got to expensive and the pizza aren't that great any more. Ordered Delivery via the Website, an hour past the Delivery Due time called in and was lied to. Told the order did not exist and... had to be the other store. Called the "Other" store whom found my order and informed me it was at the store I originallyselected. Called the first store back and got lied to again saying "We don't deliver, the website changed it to pickup" askedfor a refund. They did not refund the Tip for the Non-Existent Delivery only the price of the food. So in other words, terribleservices, liars and thieves. Read more
Usually love this place but last night Monday the 18th I ordered a dinner box it was 45 mins before they closed. I got a call 5... 10 mins after I ordered the girl on phone told me I could pay in cash so I began giving her my card info just for her to sayactually it's gonna be over an HR cuz we r using doordash. I asked to pick it up since I only live .2 miles away she said nothen she said I couldn't even order anymore. I?m a manager at a pizza location myself, so I was sad to see the pizza bubbles when they came out I watched the worker just... push them down. And when I asked for it to be remade I was told they had no more and they can credit my account. I just wanted aremake and I was even willing to pay for the next size up. I had asked for curbside delivery and checked in when I arrived. I waited 10 min and no one came out so I went inside to pick up... my pizza. New and clean Pizza Hut location! Staff was friendly had to wait a few minutes for them to notice me and assist, I was the only... patron in there at the time. One of my pizzas was made with the wrong crust but it was still delicious. Overall, I?m excited forthis new location since the old one on Camelback and 35th violated some health codes and I refuse to go back. Read more
