I placed an order for carry out. I go and pay for my order then I get the pizza and it looks like they threw so much tomato... sauce and I didn't ask for extra sauce. I ask the guy if he can please remake it and he says no so I said ok can I just get arefund then because my kids won't eat it like that. He said no you can come back tomorrow and talk to the store manager. I saidno I need my money back or just remake the pizza. He said you can leave or I'll call the cops on you. I was like ok that's finecall them because I'm not leaving with out my money. Then he gave me my money back. I had to drive to another pizza hut locationto get my kids food. Not sure if he had a bad day or something but that's no excuse to treat the customer the way he did.Horrible experience! Read more
I had a curbside pick up order, the guy that brought out the pizza had an extremely negative attitude, In a few words, I don?t... need that! If you don?t like your job, find somewhere else to earn a living! Read more

Waited just about 3 hours for my food! Called the manager twice and all he can say is they only have one driver. No heads up or... apologetic at all. Will never order from this store again. Read more
We order delivery every Saturday evening as our weekly down time. Lately, delivery orders have been wrong and/or the food has... been horrible, and this is from big name chains. There were times where I would have to drive to have my order corrected. Myexperience last night with you was wonderful, hot, on time, and fresh. We will be coming back! Read more
Manager would not give a Name saying he is aloud to do this. Order was not delivered with the time frame called to check and was... told that I had to wait for 30 minutes, but I was put on hold for 10min before. So I wanted an explanation or something to bedone. Instead my order was canceled without any reason and they hang up on me. Terrible customer service! I went to order a pizza, specifically the pizza in the picture on the window and the employee named... Eve Taking my order told me ?I?m sorry the Detroit style pizza isn?t available at this location? I said mam? you are advertisingthis pizza on the window of this specific location I then go I am outside of your location placing my order she then goes ?oh,well we are out of stock then?. At that point I asked her for her name so I can speak to someone about this inconvenience andrefer back to her who gave me false information. I am not happy or satisfied with this service and would not recommend thislocation. Possibly eve needs more training on what is being sold and offered from the company before giving false informationand lies to a customer. I will not recommend or come back to this location.
