I love this Pizza Hut because it is one of the very few last places in AZ that actually has "The Buffet" still! Yes The Buffet... does exist at this location only from what I know. Service is great & a variety of different pizza is out in it all the time.The only thing is was it was from 11am to 2pm but it's from 11am to 1pm. Read more
Easily the most consistently poor customer service I've received. They NEVER check their delivery orders to ensure they have all... items. Tonight, they forgot the drink, checked the receipt, said, "I'll go get that," and never came back. So they just stolemoney from me, I guess. Third time that's happened in six months. Let me start by saying my driver Ryan was awesome. He deserves some praise for the customer service attitude he has, and the... great communication he gave me while I was experiencing issues. Now, I initally received only part of my order ? the staff atthe location gave the driver only 2 out of my 3 pizzas, and I received an incorrect pasta dish. The pizzas I received werealmost completely sauceless, too. They were the worst pizzas I've had at this location. Apparently, the store is listing theMeaty Marinara pasta on their website while they don't sell it anymore, as well ? the main cause of my other issue. However, Iappreciate that Ryan communicated with me when I reached him about my issues. He made it a point to call me back and explain howhe could make it right. He also went out of his way to come and deliver the missing pizza and my replacement pasta dish. Iappreciate that, and I am hoping that today's pizza quality was a fluke that will be addressed. It's a dine in Pizza Hut, most places in Phoenix area are carry out or delivery places. We were seated right away and our food... arrived hot and fresh. Our waitress checked on us often. No problems from our end. We appreciate the good service and good food,we'll be coming here more often. We highly recommend this restaurant. Read more
Awful. After waiting 1 and a half hours for our order, we received our burnt pizzas. The order said we'd receive it in 35... minutes. Can't believe they boxed this up and sent it out. The other pizza had a weird taste and texture. We paid $73 for thisdisgusting mess. Gross!! Went straight in the trash. Read more
