This Pizza Hut has to be the smallest one yet I've been to, It's a pick up only considering there's no dining area. The first... time I was confused because they don't have their menu on display, everything is through a code on the phone. I didn't know howto use this so we weren't able to know prices and I eventually left disappointed, but decided to come back and give it anothertry. To make things easier I decided to download the Pizza Hut app and just order carryout as I still till this day don't knowhow to use the code hahaha. The staff are always friendly and tries to get your order on time. The pizza itself is alwaysdelicious, the bread sticks are always hot and puffy. Overall it's a good location to pick up only , and to order make sure youhave your phone on you inside the store. Read more
What a horrible experience I have had with this Pizza Hut. Not only was my pizza undercooked but it took an hour and a half to... arrive when the confirmation said 25 minutes. I did file a complaint and was told I would hear from someone within 3 days. That was 15 days ago. Read more
Made order, and gave number for order, guy on the phone gave me an strong impression that he did not want to take the order and... was very rushy, then after time had passed for the readiness of my order, i called only to be informed that my order wascancelled due to oven failures, but didnt have the decency and professionalism to call back to advise me of this. Reordered myfood with Hungry Howies, 33 ave and Bethany Home, competence in taking my order while making me feel good about placing it withthem. I made the right choice, take care Pizza Hut! This is by far the worse place. Ever since the opened my deliveries get routed to them and I will no longer be ordering online... due to this I rather get domino's pizza. 3 times that I've ordered my order got canceled due to no delivery drivers. The fewtimes it has been delivered the wings were burned or no sauce on them. I order tonight for the kids and 2 hours later still nopizza after supposedly prep time said an hour. I've called 4 times and get hung up on after 10 minutes waiting for someone toanswer. This location has not been open for long and needs to just be closed down since no one wants to work! Read more
The pizza was good but the fries and boneless chicken was not edible. They both were hard, and nasty. The taste, flavor of them... both were so undesirable and I threw them away!!! So very disappointed! Waste of my money. The delivery driver I had wasamazing. He was polite, friendly and professional. He deserves lots of praise and should get more money for a job well done onhis part.....now just get someone who can cook better tasting food especially non pizza items!! Thank you!!! Read more
ZERO STARS! This is the second time I?ve had problems with this Pizza Hut location. I?ve called MULTIPLE times to ask for a... refund for my pizza and wings because it was just delivered smooshed and stuck to the box and absolutely no one is answering, orthey answer then hang up. I really do not know how this location is still up and running. Our pizza is now 3 hours late and counting. My kids that were... looking forward to a pizza night are now going to bed without eating pizza. I called the store 5 times and waited on the phone9min each call only for call to hang up on me every time. By far worst delivery experience in my entire life.
