Plaza Bonita is a good traditional style Mexican restaurant. Fresh chips and salsa are served with the meal. Overall food... quality was good with decent size portions. The Margarita's are good and not overly sweet and reasonably priced. The servicewas friendly and attentive even with the resteraunt nearly full. The atmosphere is great along with the decor. Very colorfultables and chairs make it feel refreshing from typical restaurant styles. The resteraunt was clean and is kid friendly. Average Mexican food. Good service. Had relleno, a bit greasy and lacking flavor. Also had fundido. It was average as well... covered in white queso when I am used to a spicier, cheese sauce covering. Rice was bland too and had to put the salsa on it. Mai Tai drink was good. Read more

14 of us went for a ladies day lunch. This restaurant doesn?t take reservations so we just showed up. They promptly sat us.... Service was fantastic and the food was delicious. No complaints about separate tickets and no large group tip added to theticket. Read more

Update...Indigestion real bad may have to throw-up!! BEWARE!!!! Possible Food Poison...We were so excited to find this place... close to our home, but that was all shattered with the bland food and even worse service. I hate posting bad reviews but theservice was is so bad I am writing this review while still waiting to pay for our food. There are only 6 tables filled andservers walking past us as we keep trying to get their attention. This is ridiculous. Fantastic food and ambiance! Excellent kid?s quesadilla, and the fajitas are superb. My husband was super impressed by the Tres... Amigos, and he?s usually hard to please. Highly recommend this local treasure for authentic, delicious Mexican food. Oh, and themango margarita was perfect! Read more
