I love the flavor of the Curry, but wow. Tonight it was like I was chewing on already chewed up sunflower seeds! I don?t know if... someone missed a step straining out some of the spices, but it made the dish unbearable. It was made with tofu, so nothingshould have been so gritty like that. Help! Save this dish! It?s got great flavors otherwise. Read more

I always try to grab some great pho here before heading back home in northern Arizona. The food and service is consistently... great! Tonight Makoa the shift lead and Luis the manager were particularly helpful. Thanks guys! Read more

The vermicelli bowl was really light and tasty and the shrimp pho had a great broth. The pork egg roll was flavorful and crispy,... so good wrapped in lettuce. The server was attentive and pleasant. Everything was really fresh and light. I ate here when it wasViet Kitchen and they were good, but this place is really tasty too. I was pleasantly surprised. Read more

I've eaten here a few times, and it has been good each time. It's still a fairly new restaurant, and it seems like they have new... additions to the store or menu every time I come in. The restaurant is small, but clean, and the workers are friendly andattentive. The sauce they give you with the pho has some kick to it, but a really nice flavor. Also, they have boba tea now. Igot a taro boba, and it was so good. I would recommend. Read more

If I was able to leave a zero star I would. We walked in NO CUSTOMERS and this place was dirty. My husband and I decided to... order spring rolls and let me just say these spring rolls only one bite tasted like plastic. Would not recommend this place toanyone. We ended up eating dinner at the In and out across the street from this restaurant. Read more

Well this place use to be a great Vietnamese restaurant that had way above average Pho. The Pho used to be traditional it had... the deep rich flavors that I've grown to love. Pho Express has taken over and now you get what's called fast Pho Pho Expressin my opinion is the McDonald's of pho, it's not a destination it is a place you stop off when you are hungry and you are outrunning errands. By no means is a family going to be sitting at home and this is going to be their chosen destination The Phohere is anything but traditional it generally takes just a few minutes to make most of the ingredients are packaged there are nodeep-seeded flavors within the broth. Traditional Pho like the original restaurant at this location, takes a day to a day and ahalf to make. Pho Express' Pho combination is lacking the tastiest ingredients from traditional Pho like tripe star aniseGinger and most importantly time. I am deeply disappointed the original restaurant closed down it was a fantastic destinationfor not only traditional Pho but other fantastic Vietnamese dishes. Read more

The meat is tough and is not cut- cross wise thin to be cooked in the broth tender like a traditional pho. If you have never had... the real stuff this will do it for you. Read more

Beware of getting take out for kids or if you dont like spicy. They put the hoisin sauce and siracha in the same container and... they will mix. If youre looking to have one without the other, it wont happen. The food is otherwise fine. Minimal on mintvarieties packaged if you like specific ones Read more
