We thought we had finally found a good fine dining restaurant in our neighborhood when we came here a year ago with friends. Had... a great time, food and service were great. Tonight we brought some friends here from out of town and we were there for threehours and still hadn’t received main course. When I asked about it, I was told this is normal. By now it is 10pm so we hadthem box up our main course because we had to get home. Food is great but don’t plan anything else for your night if you wantto dine here. This is what $680 and 3 hours gets you at Quiessence. Compared to the meal we had on Monday at O 44, I’d pay alittle extra for much better service and atmosphere. Read more

Our dinner was very nice,we ordered the 4 course meal.The food is 4 out of 5. We didn't like the pea soup but everything else... was OK.......the pasta with lamb in it was very flavorful and good..... Read more
Lovely restaurant located on a working farm. We reserved for a table for 4 for 8pm. Arrived a bit early and we're seated in the... wine bar where we perused the wine choices. Having some choices, we were seated and then found out about the cocktails whichimmediately changed our minds. 3 menus are available with 3, 4, or 5 courses. Optional wine pairings. All diners are expected topick the same number of courses. We picked five to gain access to the charcuterie board and the locally sourced vegetablecourse. Everything was delicious. The only disappointment was the duck breast I ordered for my last course sold out. The ribeyealternative was delicious with the chimichurri. Definitely a special occasion place. Two thumbs up.
