This is my go to location. Try to get here earlier on weekends. This place can get very busy. I came here on a Saturday night.... There was a 45 min wait. Then my order was wrong and I had someone eles bill on my pay tablet. Overall it's a good location. The restaurant is clean. the food is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The servers were good. No complaints about them individually. However we had 3 children with us and the first thing they grabbed... was the video game. It said unlimited games. Only at checkout did we see there was a $2.50 charge. Unfortunately there was alsoa hair in my salad, discovered at the end of my meal. They did NOT charge for the salad, but it was still there. Ordered the burnin love burger as a lettuce wrap minus cheese. Had to wait about an hour for it to come out, which isn't to bad.... The only thing upsetting is that my burger didn't come with any of the fried jalapeños it is supposed to have on it which isthe whole reason I ordered that burger. Thinking I was good have a delicious tasty burger. Kinda disappointed. I ordered their Scorpion burger. I really don't have... much to say besides the food was not taste not fresh. When Red Robin opened at the Happy Valley Towne Center location, the food and service were excellent. However, over time it... seemed to myself and others, that the quality of service and the tastiness of the food declined. Eventually I stoppedpatronizing this location. Today my son suggested we give this location another try. I was very impressed! I ordered a veggiepizza with cauliflower crust. The veggies were roasted to perfection and the cheese was melted perfectly. I can't say enoughgood things about the cauliflower crust. I couldn't even tell it was cauliflower! It was flavorful, chewy and baked toperfection! My lunch companions burger was juicy and flavorful. The frys were crisp and hot. Service was excellent!
